I had a very bad experience with FedEx. I was supposed to get a phone 2 days ago and they refused to deliver it and just put a paper on the door saying they would return it. The next day they were supposed to make a second delivery attempt and it never showed up. They gave the excuse that they couldn't find my property. So how do they say they won't find my property if they put a paper on it the day before? They are irresponsible, liars and have little desire to work. My husband was working with you and that excuse is not good for us.

Great experience, they helped us get name cards printed and folded for our wedding. Slate and Willie were especially helpful and went above & beyond for us! Amazing staff

I had to go in to ship a laptop to be fixed. The guys were super nice and patient. They were extremely helpful and knew exactly what to do, which was a huge relief because I was completely clueless. I was so stressed going into the store but all of my worries evaporated by the time I left. I can't thank you all enough.

Imagine calling yourselves a printing store but don't have the ability to open a flash drive that was just formatted cause it operates on USB 3.0 and the employees didn't even know what that is. ?

Let me start off by saying the employees are great. That being said, the pricing is horrifying. It is laughably ridiculous and heavily marked up by the franchise owner. One letter, about 3 ounces, cost TWENTY-ONE DOLLARS to ship GROUND to Sarasota! I sent the same thing through USPS for $5. If it weren’t for USPS being closed, I would have left the store. The owner should be ashamed of themselves and are ripping off customers. Go elsewhere.
Shame on the owner.

So this review is a month late...but holidays happened. Lizzy Ortiz is the assistant manager and absolutely AMAZING! I needed to ship 17 packages for Christmas & she offered great advice for next year & excellent customer service. She was also training two new associates by herself. So very thankful for such great service. Give her a raise, she earned it!!!

Whenever we need to either receive or send a package, we usually go to the FedEx store. The customer service at FedEx has always been reliable, courteous, and customer-oriented. They have always been understanding of our requests and have been polite in their dealings with us.Another great advantage of using FedEx is that they are usually more affordable than other postal services - especially when it comes to sending out packages.

There is a FedEx closer to me and I will always come to this one.The customer service is unmatched and I know I'll get my orders quickly.Liz, Jeremy and Willie are all rockstars and I'm grateful for the work they put in.
