So this review is a month late...but holidays happened. Lizzy Ortiz is the assistant manager and absolutely AMAZING! I needed to ship 17 packages for Christmas & she offered great advice for next year & excellent customer service. She was also training two new associates by herself. So very thankful for such great service. Give her a raise, she earned it!!!

Whenever we need to either receive or send a package, we usually go to the FedEx store. The customer service at FedEx has always been reliable, courteous, and customer-oriented. They have always been understanding of our requests and have been polite in their dealings with us.Another great advantage of using FedEx is that they are usually more affordable than other postal services - especially when it comes to sending out packages.

There is a FedEx closer to me and I will always come to this one.The customer service is unmatched and I know I'll get my orders quickly.Liz, Jeremy and Willie are all rockstars and I'm grateful for the work they put in.

Faxing 7 pages cost almost $15.00?!?! What a ripoff! We had an urgent administrative action which required us to use a fax, had no choice. Avoid!

This particular store has the some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! I have gone into this store multiple times for help with some more difficult tasks and they are always so helpful and nice! They go above and beyond to help make sure my stuff comes out correct and are always so nice!

Was good enough for DropOff- excellent staff.Nice clean store, and great helpful staff w once you ask ! Not easiest to get to it’s in a strip mall depends which way you enter but the route I took was a little pain - overall but great place and have been this one over 30 times shipping in past 2 years it my go to fed ex location

Ahhhhh staff doesn't really like to walk you through thing. Just really self express and can be really difficult. Scanned a paper and sent it through email twice. Took two hours to receive my scan. Their browser or system was not updated so it wouldn't allow me to upload to mydrive or one drive. I tried everything. However the scans finally came in 2 hours later after I didn't need them anymore and it was by far way to late at that time. Employee said it usually takes 5 to 10 minutes. Guess I was just unlucky.

ZERO STARS. the staff member I dealt with literally acted like it was the biggest pain ever to do his job. I said "thank you" and got a grunt as a response. Not even a word. Not a "you're welcome". Then I blew his mind and said "have a great day" I got nothing in return! Where is the service? I'll never go back.

The store is understaffed and the staff move like they are trudging through molasses. I have just been standing here at the counter while neither employee acknowledged me even though one completely made eye contact.

No ines around to receive. After a while one guy shows up and is extremely rude. He threw the dropoff receipt and walked away, as if he is giving alms to begger.
