Someone stopped by to check on me after I had an issue and I really appreciate the attention to customer service. The employees were kind and the overall feeling was pretty homey.

Craving a delightful start to my Sunday, I opted to visit Felicitous Coffee House, conveniently located near my community.Upon arriving at the opening hour of 10:00 am, I received a warm greeting from the server. The ambiance of the coffee house, adorned with books for reading, added a touch of charm to the experience.Taking a moment to peruse the menu, I settled on the Maple Chai Latte. The coffee arrived promptly within 10 minutes. The Maple Chai Latte proved to be a delightful concoction--its warmth and the delightful combination of flavors made for a perfect Sunday morning treat. The delicious and piping hot Maple Chai Latte truly added a delightful touch to my morning at Felicitous Coffee House.

Tampa/St. Pete trip Part 2Cozy coffee and tea shop anchoring Lark on 42nd close to USF. This place oozes cuteness… I really loved the vibe in here. Had a hot herbal tea made with tea leaves that I thoroughly enjoyed. Only reason for the 4/5 stars was one of our group wanted a muffin from the case.. but they refused to give that to her even to go as they have a policy of no food sold 30 minutes before closing. Now I get that but this was taking it out of the case and putting it in a bag.. we were clear we did not want them to heat it or serve it in any way. That was a bit off putting but this is more to make you aware of that policy. Oh and parking is tricky as there are only a few spots out front but there are a few others in the garage behind it.

I’ve gotten good service almost every time I went there I complaints. Love their food. It’s just the gentleman who works there he always seems anti social and throws the whole vibe off in Felicitous’s laid back atmosphere. It’s like he doesn’t want to take orders which is terrible service considering the shop isn’t at high volume and I’m the only customer. Might as well just have a kiosk if taking orders is that much of a task.

Decently priced and a great location but the actual drinks aren't all that. The staff is kind and it's a great study spot though. And the events they put on seem great!

I love Felicitous’s unique coffees and eclectic atmosphere. I frequented the one near USF and was excited to check this location out. This is a cozy and fun coffee shop built into the front of an apartment complex. That said, getting there was a journey. Finding parking is confusing: I had to park on the 7th floor visitor parking and then walk allll the way down and around the outside of the complex to get to the coffee shop.(Maybe I missed closer assigned parking but I was looking hard and saw no signs.)I’d say Felicitous on 42nd is worth a visit but be aware of the extra 10-20 minutes needed to park and walk over, and that some of that walk is outside if there is inclement weather.

Food - not greatService - took too longAtmosphere - our home planet recorded its hottest day on July 3rd. Add 15 degrees to that to give you an idea of how hot it was inside bc the AC units were off.

I've been coming to this place for about 2 years now, and I have become increasingly disillusioned with the service and how the people behind the counter interact with customers. Whether it is busy or completely empty, when myself or my friends walk in we are pretty much immediately told to scan the QR code to place our orders electronically and pay that way (often without any formal/friendly greeting). While I understand that this method is likely easier and less work for the people who operate the counter and register, as someone who has had card secure issues and doesn't like to use online ordering platforms or payment methods like Apple Pay, and doesn't put their card information into websites like that-- this pressured approach of a completely online ordering and payment experience isn't something I've enjoyed. Every time this has happened I have politely told whoever is working I would like to order verbally and pay through the regular payment terminal at the register, and every-time I've been met with some reaction of annoyance or a not so subtle implication that me asking to order traditionally is a hassle and not something they want us to do. Seeing as it is the job of the person behind the counter to take orders, I find it pretty irritating to be met with attitude just for asking to have my order taken normally, especially when the place is empty and there is no line of customers behind me also trying to put orders in. I hope this review is taken into consideration, I really do like the teas offered at this place but if I have another experience similar to the one described above I don't see myself coming back to this location again-- it makes me feel as if me going there and ordering is a burden on the employees and no customer should be made to feel that way.

What an absolute charm this place was! The ambience was absolutely exquisite and devastatingly opulent. The level of attention to the music, decor and of course, the Coffee and Tea. Friendly staff and their genuine and unforced customer service made me feel welcomed and included. This place really feels like what relaxation needs to be when you need that temporary escape from reality for just a brief moment.

It's funny how sad people can be, coming toYelp to vent their frustrations with small businesses without a minutia of insight into how to run a business- commenting about things like not having enough staff because they happen to show up during the single solitary 30 minutes of business that a shop gets from the entire day... complaining about the taste or preparation of things without even mentioning it to the staff to allow an opportunity to correct. You people are just sad, sad clowns.
