If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been a complete comedy of errors — too many hands involved, constant misguidance, and an exhausting waste of time and energy.
Their focus is clearly on securing the sale and moving on, not on delivering anything resembling a consultative experience.
If you have options, I strongly recommend choosing a different provider for high-end appliances.

It took me 2 months to get a price on some light fixtures because, evidently, only one guy can answer questions, and he was out a lot. I shopped in July, followed up multiple times, and received an answer in September.

I used them to outfit my whole house at one point for a gut remodel. Yesterday I went back for a much smaller job- just need to replace a kitchen faucet. Salesman treated me like I was wasting his time, then quoted me $1000 more (yes literally that much) for a faucet I found elsewhere the day before. As I was leaving, the same salesman suggested I take the stairs instead of the elevator that was open in front of me. Let’s just say he had bully vibes and I’ll leave the bad feeling I left with right here. Byeeeeee

1 expensive ceiling fan and 1 expensive lightning fixture in less than 18 months both stopped working. Whenever you call to let them know the situation they don’t seem to care and aren’t able to find your order. I wouldn’t recommend.

Matt was proactive, attentive, responsive, and professional each time we needed help with one thing or another. My husband and I are building a new home in Tampa and we’re very overwhelmed with the lighting decisions. We had several lights picked out but were unsure of our choices and feeling pretty stressed about getting this portion of building a home finalized. We met with Ken Martin to discuss our choices and he couldn’t have made the process any easier. Choices that we had been struggling with for over a month came together in less than 2 hours when meeting with Ken. He thoroughly explained colors, sizes, and style of lighting that made our decision really come together. We can’t wait to see all that we have chosen in our home. Thank you, Ken!

I have multiple homes but this vacation home has an emotional association. Since I was a child, I’ve always wanted to have a custom home in Boca Ciega bay so I wanted to be involved in the design process more than before. Maybe the way I was dressed or maybe because I was 20 min late but the consultation did not go well. I’m a guy that doesn’t understand much about fixtures, design and plumbing but most of my questions were met with visible irritation and hostility. My excitement before arriving changed to embarrassment and disappointment. The appointment maker informed me that with the amount of things I needed for the home that my time with the associate should be a min of 2 hours. I left in 40min as she seemed waiting for me to leave. I asked her to send me the quote and pictures of the few things I picked out. I planned to get the rest later in a new appointment. She sent the info to a wrong address. I gave her the correct address and asked for pics. No response so I called another company kind of gun shy about asking too many questions. But to my surprise, the other company’s consultant was out of this world helpful and professional. Her response with quotes and pics were less than 1 hr. Truly can’t understand how there’s that much separation in customer service in the same business market. I ordered everything from the competing company.
