Only reason I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 0 is because the lady that is always working is always so kind and helpful.However, this location is always so busy and the staff Is clearly overworked. Fifth third needs to hire more employees.The male employee greeted me with an attitude when I asked for him to check the fee to deposit a check and get the funds same day. He basically told me there’s no way to do that it’s not thing, even though I’ve done it there multiple times …I went inside and the female helped me and was able to tell me what the fee was immediately upon entering the check in the computer. I paid the fee and have my money in my account.Not sure why this man was unable to help me with this but the female was. Assuming she just has more patience to deal with the busy workload.

Worst bank ever . They tried to make you go into debt with over draft fees knowing your account balance is never accurate or up to date.

Called this bank today. I was on hold for 20 minutes only to get 2 representatives that were not helpful at all literally just tried to get me off the phone. I was calling to get information about possibly getting a construction loan with the back but with this service I’m honestly kind of scared.

This past weekend I ate at Yummy House which is next to 5/3 Bank. After coming out I cannot find my car and after talking to Yummy House I found outthat 5/3 had started towing cars. The parking spots are between the two businesses and do not have any signs indicating whose spots they are. It isdefinitely not clear that these spots are 5/3 Bank's. This was at 2pm, the bank had closed at Noon, and there were many open spaces all around. No obvious reason not to park where we did. If 5/3 Bank had signs saying the spots were theirs I easily would have found another spot. I am the care giver for my 85 year old Korean War Veteran Father-in-law. So here we are outside in the 90+ degree weather and he can barely move with his walker. I am trying to figure out where the car is and how to get there with him and have concerns that he is going to get heat stroke. We have been in this parking area the past 10 years and this has never happened to anyone I am aware of.Yummy House told us that 5/3 Bank just started doing this recently. After some looking we found asmall tow sign up front that you could not see from the direction we came in on.These measures are very severe especially when you do not have signs indicating whose spots they are. From now on poor unsuspecting people will come to eat at Yummy House and a bunch of them will be towed since there are no clear signs saying they are 5/3 Bank's parking spots. Each tow costs $200, which is a lot of money especially on our budget. I think if 5/3 Bank is going to tow, they need to put up proper signage.Other businesses do that which is the right thing to do. It appears to me that 5/3 Bank does not care about people nor what they do to them. What 5/3 Bankis doing is not right, not right at all.

Katie who was very nonchalant and rude 04/03/2021 I wanted to open a business account and as advised her this was third 5/3 that I went that was unable to assist me she was like ok and we are busy on Saturday's make an appointment during the week. I would never come back again

I have multiple accounts with this bank. TAKE THIS AS A WARNING!!! This bank will not notify you by mail, email or phone call that they are closing an account. Make sure it's not the account that only deposits from the IRS go into. You will be screwed thanks to this bank.Edit: I was able to get the account re-opened within 2 days. Phone service was awful they said it would take 90 days or simply couldn't be done. Go into a branch don't bother calling customer service they have no idea what they are talking about as I obviously was able to get my account opened again. However the bank DID NOT make an effort at all to notify me they were closing one of my accounts with them.
