This place should be called three fifth's and even that is generous. I have attempted to pay a loan for 7 months at this "bank". Every month it's a different story and way to pay. They don't allow online payments as their system can't handle installment loans online since they haven't yet updated past their AOL like software. Then I'm told they can do ACH from my bank (that works twice). Then I'm told they can't do that anymore. Then I come into this branch thinking well at least I can pay in person - teller tells me they do not allow that and apparently I must call customer service who hangs up after I sat on hold for 30 minutes 3 times. Got a different teller and he had no problem letting me pay in person. I will just lump sum pay my loan and then re-take it out at a real bank. Shame on them since I live nearby and considered opening an account since my bank only has 1 location in Tampa. If you keep your money here I would be careful, there is a reason their market cap is much lower than other great American banks.

Worst banking experience ever my wallet was stolen and couldnt get my paycheck to purchase a new id card therefor i cant access my money nor send it via app because i reported it lost or stolen already i went to this branch with my passport birth certificate and social security card and the two men working there refused to help me never everrrr putting my deposits in this bank ever again switching to a more modern bank they didnt care for their customer nor care if they lose one

worst bank experience ive ever had continuously charges me overdrafts my wallet was stolen at a hotel with my all my ids and debits i showed up to this branch with a passport and birth certificate for proof to get my weekly paycheck and they denied me i cant purchase a new id without the 25 dollar fee and all my funds are at this bank and my parents are up in ny ! do not open with this bank my card was stolen and now i owe them overdraft fees for a vending machine the day after it was stolen

Atm doesn't work! Then go inside the person in front of me is doing 4 transactions including a cash advance. there are 3 other people sitting in offices. I'm in a hurry and the atm doesnt work so I ask for help, then the girl playing with her phone says no she's won't help me! Then she tells me I can just wait in line!at this location customer service means nothing and the people are too busy playing with their phone to help customers!

Everyone at this bank are super helpful and polite. They give out treats too the kids and the pups. I would recommend them to anyone

Great team , Karina love her but she wont give me a million. Mallery always trying to sell me a loan at high interest rates If I still had my business I would hire her.
