I was talked into a size smaller, the sales person told me the shoe I was interested in "runs bigger" so I bought them. It was a lie. I have a bleeding toe because of the discomfort. The manager/ thug was hostile and unsympathetic when I wanted to exchange. Apparently, they need the numbers. Buyer beware!

As I entered the store, I noticed a sales lady who seemed to be in a particularly bad mood. I approached her and politely asked for assistance in finding a suitable pair of shoes for my specific needs. The sales lady, instead of offering her help, appeared irritated and dismissed my request. She then proceeded to direct me to a specific brand and style without considering my preferences or requirements. As I browsed the available options, the sales lady continued to be unhelpful and unprofessional. She made snide remarks about the shoes I was trying on and seemed to be more interested in her phone than assisting me with my purchase. After spending a considerable amount of time in the store, I decided to leave without making a purchase. The lady was also talking to her co workers bragging out how she was about to leave even though she wasn't done assisting me. The sales lady's behavior had left me feeling devalued and frustrated.

Great experience at this store! The manager Akira and her team helped me find a pair of shoes at the end of the night and kept the store open a little longer for me! I appreciate it!

I HAVE NEVER, I MEAN NEVER HAD SUCH A SUBPAR NO LESS THAN SUBPAR EXPERIENCE at any Finishline, like I had here. The staff was not helpful at all everyone was just standing around talking amongst themselves as if the customers could go in the back to get their own shoes. The staff actually started at my family and I and laughed and snickered still with no help and this included the STORE MANAGER Jada, who I did not know was the manager until we asked 1 of only 2 helpful associates Corey for the manager and to my surprise it was her. I will be following up with corporate this was just an unacceptable experience and money was still spent in this store, nooooooo! I WILL NEVER RETURN EVEN IF THEY CHANGED THE STORE TO SOMETHING ELSE.

I would just like to recognize the two amazing women that helped me out today, the store associate Sammi and her manager T which if I had to guess stands for terrific. Both of these ladies were very professional, courteous and made my shopping experience smooth which put me at ease. I highly recommend anyone go to the store and ask for there assistance, T you can call me Johnny anytime.

I'm a regular shopper at Finish Line Citrus Park. I will no longer spend any money there any longer, I went in this morning to get a pair of sneakers that released today. I go there ask for my size (size 12) unfortunately the store only received one pair in a size 12 which was fine with me so the alternative would be a size 11.5 or a 13. I figured a 13 would be too big so I said let me try the 11.5 the employee went to get them handed me the 11.5 I walked to the register as I stood in line the cashier came from behind the register and asked me to hand her the shoes. I have her the shoes she put them on the floor until it was my time to pay there was one lady in front of me (ironically she bought the size 12). I got to the register to pay she grabbed the shoes from the floor and put them in a bag, I paid and went about my way I was in a rush because I left work to get the shoes. When I got home I pulled the shoes out of the box and noticed the Nike tag on the top of the shoe was ripped. I called and asked for T because she knows who I am because I'm in there all the time, told her what happen she was going to check if they had the 13 she put me on hold and then the phone was disconnected. I called back and store manager Kris answered the phone I'm assuming T explained to him what happen. He wasn't apologetic he asked me if his associates checked the shoes before I paid for them I said no and he asked me the same question more than five times, I asked him if he didn't believe me because he's not comprehending my answer to his repetitive question. He told me that he holds his employees to a high standard so I told him well if they are responsible for checking the shoes before I leave then he's failed as a trainer. It's not my fault they didn't do their job I explained to him I spend thousands of dollars in that particular finish line per year and I don't deserve to be treated like that. Kris questioned me why I was ok with the 13 if I wear an 11.5 (I was returning the defective shoe) I had to explain to him I wear a size 12, I didn't feel Like I had to justify why I was exchanging a defective shoe for a different size they only had one size in every shoe and the employee who gave me the 11.5 told me the only size they had close to a 12 was a 13. I didn't exchange the shoe because I would rather wait to deal with Marcos who knows me. I will never spend a penny in that particular finish line, I will drive all the way to countryside mall where I get exceptional service. Kris has horrible customer service skills especially for a store manager, in a world where companies should be happy that consumers are buying shoes especially during a pandemic Kris should be a little more appreciative.

Worst service I have ever received. Went to shoe area and no one came. Went to check out counter. Two clerks and neither acknowledged me. Finally one of them started past me within 2 feet and still ignored me. I finally asked to be waited on which he did grudgingly. By that time I was so disappointed with the experience I wouldn't have purchased anything.

Horrible service ! Employees look miserable working there and always arguing. I was waiting for my shoe for at least 30 minutes for some short guy to then scream into his walkie to ask for the same shoe I asked for 30 min ago there's no leadership in that store. I'm surprised on how that store is still able to stay open. That store also does not follow rules for sneaker releases letting resellers take more than one pair when's it's supposed to be 1 per customer unacceptable. Never again going to that store.

Fantastic service! Josh and Noah were so helpful and nice. It felt like I'd know these two for years. They made my shopping experience memorable! The selections and prices are a great value. I will choose this store if others and I'm not just saying that. I really had a positive experience and wanted to share that. Thanks Finish Line!

I love Macy's, it is my favorite store. However, today their service was just bad. There was a lack of to be honest. This Macy's is always clean, and organized but when it comes to finding a person that is willing to provide great customer service is really hard. I waited over 10 minutes for the cashier to finish with a client because there was no one else around to help. I did some walking and when I found another associate, she was too busy organizing merchandise and she just said "you got to go see if we have it in the luggage area". Didn't take the time to walk with me, or show me options or nothing. Let's be honest, when do you really need help in Macy's? Usually people go and know what they want, but it is always nice to find that one person who still provides great customer service and is willing to go above and beyond for the customer when you are shopping for something new or need advice.

Cane here because they were having a shoe sale. Love that they offer the buy online and pickup in store. They've improved the pickup process by now having a guest service counter. Very convenient. I went right when they opened on a Sunday. Only 1 person working the area and 4 of us in line. So took a bit longer than expected. Finally another clerk came over to assist us.
