I bought some shoes here last week and they’re falling apart immediately. Their distributor is selling them knock-offs evidently, whether they know it or not. The insoles are mismatched, the stitching is flawed, the texture isn’t accurate compared to the photos online. I noticed too late… lost some money it seems

This past Saturday I went this location to do an exchange and Emmanuel was super helpful, positive, and provided and amazing customer experience. The shoes I needed weren’t available and he took his time to find a similar item and and correct size and all while my kids were being kind of a mess. I appreciate this so much as a customer and as a parent. If there’s a raise or a bonus available, I hope he gets it because he deserves it!

This Finish Line location at WestShore Plaza in Tampa is a great place to go for all things shoes and athletic clothing at a good value. I really like the selection here and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

Was in the Westshore plaza Finishline on Saturday 5/8 looking to get a pair of the retro 11 lows that came out for my daughter. I was told that the grade school Retros were first come so I asked for a pair and the associate told me he had to ask his store manager about them which I thought was odd, but anyways the manager told him that they sold out. My daughter was disappointed so I tried to find something else she might like, but while doing so I see what it looked like to be a customer in a tank top covered in tattoos go in the back room with the manager and then watched him come out with 3 Finishline bags with Jordan’s in it. Very confused at how this is aloud but I will not be shopping here ever again.

On the release day of the university blue 4s at west shore mall I was waiting outside before the doors to the mall opened. I watched one person walk out with several bags from finish line. As I walked inside to go pickup a pair the employee Omar said they were all gone. He proceeded to tell me that they had shipment issues and when I mentioned the person I seen with several bags walking away he said he won them with the extra entries from the app. I don't think it's fair how one person can walk out of the store with several pairs of shoes for a release. Seems a little unfair to me. I will be taking my money elsewhere and encouraging others to do so as well.

I went to the Westshore Plaza Finishline today to make a return on a pair of shoes i purchased at a different location, and was told by a employee named Omar that “small stores can’t take returns from other Finishline’s it’s a policy they follow” I’ve been shopping with Finishline for years now and have never heard that from any other locations. To be honest that is not how you keep a business open or keep a customer coming back. I will never shop at that location again, and encourage others to never go either.

Terrible customer service with an attitude. Told me I had worn a shoe I was trying to return, which I did not, and told me to go back to the location I bought from to return. Save your time and patience and go somewhere else.
