The Tampa location had to re-do the entire job . They tried to blame us for their poor workmanship. They also lost our locking lug nuts and actually left them off the wheels . I had to buy new ones and put them in myself. They still

I had an appointment. When I came in they didn't have the appointment set on their end. They had ordered tires for me over the weekend before. They didn't have those tires for me but offered to upgrade me for free. That part was AWESOME but they didn't have those tries either which was weird.. So then I had to make another appointment for a couple days later. When I came back they still didn't have the tires we had ordered so I received the upgraded tires. They then took 3+ HOURS to take off my tires to balance the new ones and put them on my truck. They didn't even start the balancing process till almost 2 hours and 15 minutes in. I know because I waited there the whole time.

They were able to help me better understand the technical issues with my front end while simultaneously aligning it to the best of their ability. The labor was surprisingly expensive albeit, there were unforseen issues which required further diagnosis.

I really would not recommend this place. I went in with an appointment for a simple tire repair and they told me it was going to be two hours because there were two cars ahead of me. Just avoid this place.

I'm not sure what happened to this place, maybe new management or something? But this place used to be my go to for simple oil changes, tires, tire rotations, wiper blades, etc. But this time I made an online appointment for an oil change at 10am. Got there on time, then went to a nearby starbucks/panera to wait. Usually they call an hour or two later or so and it's done. I sat there til noon, walked back over and truck was still parked in the same spot. So I walked over to the mall that's right there for an hour then came back, truck still in the same spot. Asked the guy at the desk and he said they're backed up. Ok fine, I Ubered home. So at this point we are at 4 hours for an oil change I made an appointment for! Then I get a call at 3pm that my rear brakes needed to be fixed, particularly the rear brake rotor. He also said they recommend a brake fluid exchange. I said ok how much will the job be for just the brakes, not the fluid exchange and he told me $486. I said ok let's do that then. The oil change I figured would be $90 (usually less but I figured it's more expensive now because everything is) maybe $75 because the guy told me he was applying a coupon, wiper blades maybe $50, so we'd be looking at maybe $610ish altogether, add $50 or so for tax and we can get to $660. They finally called me back to tell me it's done at 6:15pm, which is after they close so I need to come get it soon.. no problem. When I get there it's $811. They did the brake fluid exchange even though I said no, or didn't do it and charged me anyway. That was about $100. Then I guess there were some labor costs they didn't decide to include when telling me. But all in all, I have never had an auto garage just not tell me the overall cost before doing a job. Come to think of it, they just never gave a cost for anything. This place is shady, untrustworthy, and has no consideration for customer experience. They've lost a 7 plus year customer.
Oh! To top it off they didn't put an oil change sticker on my window with the mileage and when next oil change is needed. I know this can be nit picky but come on, that is day one stuff.

Every time I use this location, they do something wrong. I mentioned three times I was taking advantage of a discounted synthetic oil service and yep it was not discounted, needed to get them to fix that. I also knew all the items pointed out including the old wiper in the rear and instead of just evaluating it, they had to manhandle the blade and make it unusable. Also they missed an item that should have been inspected. This was so concerning that I would not allow them to do their recommended service and took my vehicle to a different Firestone. The other store found the issue without me asking to even do an inspection and they did it for free instead of the inspection I paid for here. It’s like this every time. SMH every time I go to this location and it’s been like this for years.

This location is the worst when it comes to customer service and time I made an appointment for Saturday morning at 8 o’clock to have my oil changed and an alignment. My truck sat in the parking lot until 20 minutes afternoon then it was pulled into the garage and sat another 30 minutes to an hour before they even started working on it. I am writing this review still sitting here waiting on my vehicle. No one tried to offer me any coffee no water nothing I came back to this location to try to let them redeem themselves. I came here. I came for oil change and a cabin filter chain. I was told by their mechanics that my truck does not have a cabin filter and the coils couldn’t be cleaned. What type of mechanics do they have to tell me that a Silverado truck does not have a cabin air filter cars have cabin air filters so what makes you think a truck wouldn’t have one anyway Still have not received my vehicle from 8 o’clock this morning just for an oil change and an alignment this is the worst location for customer service and time management. If you do not have time in the day to sit for eight hours do not come to this location if you want good customer service do not come to this location>

Marcos and his Team were incredible, driving to the Tampa airport from Bradenton in the middle of the Howard Franklin Bridge, tire pressure was dropping. Pulled into Firestone as they were closing. Marcos and his Team repaired the tire and on our way to the airport in plenty of time.

This place is absolutely awful. Staff is very untrustworthy and misleading. I scheduled an appointment to get a simple oil change, I was told it was going to be an hour. I waited for nearly 5 hours and when I politely walked to the desk to get an update I was immediately brushed off... I am not sure exactly what is the point of making an appointment to still be waiting hours after the estimated time. Every department here just seems very careless which gives me reserves about trusting them with my vehicle. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend this place to anybody. Horrible service.
