Worst Firestone branch I’ve seen. I’ve been to Firestone in multiple cities/states, haven’t seen anything this bad.
On a Thursday, I booked an appointment for Friday, the next day. Come Friday, they told me that they forgot to schedule the appointment. I was being patient so I asked for an appointment on Sunday, two days later. He confirmed that the appointment was booked. Come Sunday, the appointment was made for Sunday, the following week!
I temporarily got my car fixed at another Firestone, so I return a week later for that appointment. They said their equipment was broken and someone is fixing it. They may not be able to fix my car. Never going back there again!

Worst experience in my life. I came in because my Chrystler 300 was running hot. After a 60$ full diagnosis, Jeff, the service manager informed me that my radiator had a crack in it and should be replaced immediately before a head gasket gets blown. 1200 dollars later I get a phone call saying my head gasket is blown and there’s no way they could check for something like that. Come to find out my head gasket is not blown. Nick, the mechanic who worked on my car did not properly drain and change my coolant. You would think would know how to properly work on different cars, and the service manager not to give out fails info before fact checking. Extreme unsatisfied.

I took my truck for an alignment service and it was worse than what it was, you let go of the steering wheel and it goes to the right in a matter of seconds, I took it the next day to have their work fixed and it was the same.
Two years ago I took the car I had before and it was perfect. Time passes and the service gets worse.
I go back to have the work fixed and they tell me to come back the next day and when I go they tell me to come back the next day. Your service is very bad

I didn’t wanna leave a bad review but I was shocked how I went in yesterday for a shock diag and I was told “ we have no tire /suspension technicians available, we need to hire one “ . How tf can you call yourself Firestone Tires & Complete Auto Care but can’t provide the service ppl mainly go to ya for ??!! I highly doubt they were short tech staff , and I feel that the new manager just didn’t want to provide me service .

Absolutely terrible! DO NOT BOOK ANY APPOINTMENTS HERE. I made an appointment for just an oil change 2 weeks in advance and when I came into my appointment they said they weren't able to take me today. What is the point of an appointment? Terrible customer service.

Didn’t know left from right. Made an hour experience a four hour experience after having to return to let them correct their mistake. The advisor tried to make it right but their regional manager got in the way. I wouldn’t go back.

Took 5 trips to the shop for them to fix my brakes after billing me for unnecessary work, then billing me for the correct work. No refund on the original work completed. Had my car in their shop for days on end "waiting on parts". Also, someone at the shop tried to enroll me in a Firestone Complete Auto Care line of credit without my knowledge. I received a letter saying I was denied. I NEVER signed up for a card. The credit company said the SSN was incorrect and was filed fraudulently.
Do not waste your money bringing your car here. Truly the worst.

I made an appointment a week ago for today at 12 pm for an alignment, but when I arrived to the appointment I was told I had to wait 2-3 hours with no customers in the store all because I had an alignment for free for a promotion I had from some years ago, don’t buy any promotions from fire stone because they don’t end up actually granting it for you.

Great customer service! I came in needing the usual maintenance and left with all that done well! There was a little noise after I got my new brakes, and I was able to bring it back in immediately at no charge. I would definitely recommend this spot for all your car needs!
