So grateful! We just moved here and we were nervous about finding a good auto shop in Tampa. A friend recommended Firestone on MacDill and I know a lot of colleagues were going there too. They were so friendly and helpful! I’m so grateful to find a convenient and great auto shop!

Came with my husband to get new tires. Appointment was at 7am, we arrived early. They finished around 2:20pm. Extra star for the good tires.

The team is awesome at this location! I always feel well cared for! The techs make sure my vehicle is running well and they always make sure to explain everything so I know what's going on. They don't ever try to talk over my head. The front staff is amazing too. You guys have a great team here!

The actions of MacDill Firestone is almost criminal. I recieved an assessment for the malfunctioning of two tire sensors with a $300(+) estimate....(this was not the first time they have assessed my vehicle needing critical care for $1,000's, with no to minimal issue assessment found from another garage)
My new trusted Firestone station in Fort Myers on HWY 82, identified the tire sensers were fine and did not need replacing, and they fixed the sensor light issue for under $30 and explained everything.
Thank you Fort Myers Firestone for taking such good care of me and my family.
I will never use (or recommend) the MacDill Firestone to anyone. They take advantage of our Nation's Warrior Class.

Brought my car in. It wouldn't start. Ordered a fuel pump and charged to much. This was priced at Napa at around $400.00. Advance Auto was only $150.00 along with Amazon. The charged me $775.00 for the part. This is an $375.00 increase from the cost Firestone paid for it. I couldn't believe they would rip people off like this. After paying the bill we put fuel in the tank, and found out it was out of gas. They never checked to see if the car had gas in it until after they put the fuel pump in. i was very dissatisfied and felt I was taken. My bill was over $1000.00 for a fuel pump and labor.
