After spending 1800+ dollars on a catalytic converter and two wheel bearings, my check engine light stills comes on and I still hear the noise for which I originally went to Firestone to correct.

We took the car to this Firestone shop for an inspection before a long trip. They told my brother that the brake pads were almost completely worn out and offered to replace them for $200. Since he has mechanical experience, he decided to do it himself. To our surprise, when he removed the brake pads, he found they were in excellent condition—almost like new. Clearly, they were trying to deceive him.
In my case, I did agree to have my brake pads replaced there. They claimed to use top-quality pads, but the result was disappointing. The pads are so poor that they constantly leave black residue on the wheels.
If you’re not very familiar with cars and are worried someone might take advantage of you, I recommend avoiding this place. It seems they’re more interested in making money than providing honest service.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My car was serviced quickly and resolved in one visit. The gentlemen that helped me made sure that the process was done correctly so the services would be covered by Silver Rock and I just had to pay my deductible. This was my first time there and I will definitely return for my future auto service needs.

Their door and website state they close at 7pm I went at 6:05pm to pick up my car and they were closed. Extremely dissatisfied with this location

I don't recommend you go to this workshop, a few months ago I changed my car tires here and when I left one of the men didn't work and they didn't want to change it just because I came the next day

I came in for a patch, but the nail was too close to the side wall. The employee told me he couldn’t patch it, but didn’t take the opportunity to swindle me into purchasing something I didn’t need. He gave honest advice and I ultimately got it patched elsewhere, however this speaks to the integrity of the employee and business. For that reason, I would come back here for service.

my auto A/C was not cooling so I brought it in to have it checked 5/30/24...Paul gave me a PRINT OUT of an estimate to replce the compressor and more for over $3,000 - WHAT A LIE so a friend that used to work for Toyota showed me that I did not have the A/C button set correctly to "A/C ON" so the air cond. is cooling just fine, I don't need any repairs. WHAT A RIP OFF and BUCH OF THIEVES - I will NEVER go there to have anything checked. DONT TRUST THEM. I waited 3 hrs, paid $11.00 for the checkup and they didn't even check it ! ! !
