One if the best experiences I've had at an auto care shop! Paul was so helpful with everything! He explained and made sure I understood what was wrong with my car. He was also very patient with me. The overall service is definitely 5 stars! If I could give more I would!

Terrible service and no knowledge of food. I left the shop without resolving my problem, which according to the manager, my car is fine and I keep wearing out my tires on one side. I don't continue talking because he really mentioned, it's not a shame I'm talking about the Hanley and Hillsborough store.

I've been using this shop for years, and it's always such a good experience. In the past, taking my car to a mechanic always made me nervous because it's so hard to trust the people you are dealing with sometimes. That isn't the case here. Jose exhibits customer service that I've just never experienced at a mechanic before. His knowledge and demeanor are top-notch and he makes you truly feel like you are a valued customer and that you will be taken care of fully and honestly. Thanks Jose, for another great and anxiety-free experience!

Called to ask if I could get assistance getting a patch or getting my tire swapped to my spare and was told that they have too many cars to work on and they close at 6 o clock. Not really sure why changing someone's tire is going to take longer than 10 minutes seeing as they have the proper tools to get it down quickly... will never come here terrible experience

I have experience poor customer service at this Firestone since 2015 but today Mr. Paul Rycheck went too far. I left my wife’s car to do the rear brakes and we agreed on new pads and cutting the rotors. When I arrive to pick up my wife’s car they had just change the pads and did not cut the rotors or called me to advice different solutions.When I asked Mr. Paul Rycheck, why didn’t you called me to let me know that you were not able to cut the rotors. His response was to throw a fit like a teenager and blaming me for being cheap. When I responded and told him that it was him that was doing a bad job and unbelievable bad customer service. He responded by saying I can care less what you tell me it doesn’t affect my life or my job in any way. (He acted like he was responding to his parents trying to correct him.)This is how many cars I used to bring to this store to get tires, brakes and oil changes, to have this spoiled teenager call me cheap.2015 Dodge Durango. (company truck.)Sometimes one customer matters more than you think, that’s what customer service it’s all about.To add more and I hope someone in headquarters reads this part. Today Mr. José who has always been my go to guy, the face of respect and great customer service at this store. He decides to join his worst work colleague and directly blame me (the customer) for their lack of communication.Like they say, one bad apple can ruin your entire workplace. It is much easier to learn the bad habits then the good ones.I am in customer service myself and I don’t remember any class advising me to blame the customer when something goes wrong.To Mr. José - You become the same as the people you surround yourself with. You should choose more carefully.

Bought a tire here for my 2009 vw Tiguan it’s been leaking for a couple weeks took it to Firestone on Kennedy had them replace it under warranty because they said the tire was bad and it shouldn’t of been sold in the first place. They replace it and I get home and the valve stem is leaking because they didn’t seed it properly. Save your time and money and go to a real tire shop!Service: Tires
