Management has a lot to be desired bought four tires two weeks ago went back with a flat it will be two or three hr went to fla ave thy we're very nice and told me it would be a hr and fix it

I will never let Firestone service another vehicle in my life, my wife went there because she heard a noise coming from her car and some (Lenard) rides in the car hears the noise and says it’s the hub bearings without checking to be absolutely sure charges her $1K only to be totally wrong the noise continues after that now he says he don’t know what it could be, which it turned out to be the Transmission now I’m out of $4.5K plus another thousand and he only did it because it was a woman who didn’t know to much about cars and he pounced on that, so now I’m about to call corporate because I just can’t let this go……,

Leonard and this Firestone have been a great help to me for many years with my aging Nissan.

The 4 supposedly new tires I bought were filthy when I picked up the car. When I told the manager he came and looked at the tires. His response was they’ll clean up when you wash the car. Made no attempt to clean it there. Have my doubts about the tires being new. Would never go back

Leonard and the team were excellent! Needed a tire repair, and I dropped in with no appointment. They were a bit backed up, and they still fit me in with no trouble…very short wait and I was on my way. Fantastic service!

Stay away from this location. After years of putting up with bringing our cars here for tire rotations, oil changes, brakes, etc. and spending thousands of dollars, we're done. I had a flat tire that had a nail in it, and they wouldn't fix it. I took my car to Tire Choice, and they had it fixed in an hour. Every time I would ask for a tire rotation at this location, they would charge me and not do it. All they want to do is sell you tires. I think they see me as an easy touch. Sorry, this 66 year old woman knows her way around cars and their maintenance. Getting your car worked on is such torture nowadays.

I have used this location a few times while on a job assignment and driving a rental vehicle(for work). No appointment either time appreciated Leonard getting service. Pretty straight forward guy. The crew all always working not slacking.

Second update: Took car to dealer, their inspection shows the axles are fine, and the tires are incorrectly balanced. They offered to rebalance the tires for free, AFTER the dealership did their inspection and found nothing wrong with the axles. Firestone was simply trying to get another service that wasn’t needed, to fix a problem THEY caused. I will get my free balance and will never go back to another Firestone again. Steer clear of these places, they are scamming people!
UPDATE: Called their citrus park location and was treated with respect, so I am purchasing from there. I wools suggest if anyone else is considering getting tires from Firestone to take the drive and go to the citrus park location
Tried to go in to get two tires and was immediately treated like I wasn’t welcome. When asked what I needed I said I would like to get 2 tires installed, the advisor said with attitude “what tires? Are you gonna GET tires and want them installed?” Then was told that he had a long list of people he had to take care of and was rudely told I was going to have to wait until he “tied up loose ends” and was that it would be at least 3-4 hours. I don’t mind the wait, and I understand that there are people in front of me, but I don’t appreciate being treated like an annoyance. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I don’t spend money at a business that doesn’t treat the customer with respect
