Got my tire fixed in less than one hour. They had the tire that I needed in stock and were very professional. I would recommend going here to anyone that needs their tires replaced.

This was my first visit to this Firestone store. I had an excellent experience. This place is clean, cool, and spacious for waiting customers. Allie and Crystal are very nice, knowledgeable young ladies at the front desk. Allie welcomed me, took my information, explained my alignment choices, and said it would be about an hour and a half wait. It was actually a few minutes earlier than that when my car was ready! Crystal explained what the mechanics had found in the process of putting on two new tires and aligning them. On her big tablet, she showed me photos of my car's problem areas, and explained each one clearly, and she patiently answered all my questions. When I got in my car, it was still clean, and my seat had not been moved. I highly recommend this Firestone store.

Crismery is truly the BEST! She is extremely professional, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The culture at this Firestone location reflects genuine care, concern, and support. Their work is excellent, services are completed in a timely manner, and the prices are affordable. I’ve only had great experiences here and always feel well taken care of. Also, be sure to check if you qualify for the Firestone Credit Card — they offer 0% financing for 6 months!
