The Kennedy branch has the worst customer service ever. I’m not sure what her name is, it starts with a B, maybe it’s Barbara or Bobby, I know it was a lady. She answered the phone, she was very rude. She acted as if I was bothering her, kept cutting me off when I was talking, basically didn’t help me at all. Didn’t end the call politely at all she quickly said “alright then”And hung up. Don’t recommend this lady to deal with customers she had a very nasty attitude!!

Horrible credit union. Robbed me of $20. Did not notify me my account was going into inactive status so they started issuing fees until it reached $0. Stay away from this Credit Union!

If you have a car loan with this bank and you decide to pay it off, close your checking account too, otherwise they will drain whatever is left in it with monthly service charges since your loan is paid off. And do you think anyone tells you this when you pay your loan off?? Of course not. Terrible banking practice and I’ll never do business with this place again. Hope the service charges were worth this great review!Good try at deflecting responsibility but you are wrong. No, it was not inactive for 12 months. Auto loan was only paid off 3-4 months. I got called because the account was negative. I asked how could that be? The banker stated since the loan was paid off and I no longer had money going into the account I received service charges. She did offer to refund the negative balance so that the account could be closed as I could tell she was embarrassed call me what happened. No one ever called me until then. Luckily I pulled most of the money out otherwise it would have kept on debiting until it zeroed out. Hopefully you’ll update the practice to inform people when they pay their loan off.

I have been with FWCC since around 2007. Working with Elizabeth C and John W for the last several years has been a dream. I now had the opportunity to work with Heather W and all I can say the talent at this financial institution runs deep. They are the best of the best. Thanks for all you do for your members!!

I can’t use my card reliably, every week or so the system freezes it up leaving me stuck unable to use my money until they open, today it was at 5:05 pm I discovered it was unusable and of course there is no help to be had from them another time my card stopped working and locked me out of online banking for an entire 3 day weekend it’s a complete joke and utter failure

Over the years I have used several different banking institutions but have found them to be kind of cold. This branch of the Florida West Coast Credit Union makes you feel like family every time you visit.

Always really tries helping their Customers kindly and curiously. Even your Gaurds are always welcoming nice guys.. I'm glad I've been a member for several years and plan to stay that way.
