Me and My friend went there today and we wanted to buy some footwear and clothes and the manager wouldn't ring our products up ..He just ignored us while we stand there and for some reason..very rude and ignorant so we took our money to finish line. No clue what why he did that..If I knew his. Name I would report it to nike corporations. We deserve a apology..

The customer service in this place is horrible. I have never been treated like i was invisible before when im trying to spend my hard earned money in a store. If you not gonna to serve all the people that comes in here why open your doors to the public.

More employees doing nothing and standing around than actually working. I then get in line to wait at the register and I wait for my turn. The lady working has seen me standing there and instead of acknowledging me and letting me know she was having issues with her register she lets me stand there for no reason. I then step up to the register and she tells me the employee to next to her would helpMe. Mind you she had 2 people in her line. I don’t say anything. I get behind the last customer. Another customer approaches shortly after I get in the other line and like magic her register was working. Now I’m not going to say that all most of the employees were Latin and the other custmer who approach was as well. But that was the case. After she finishes with that customer she then tries to wave me over by now I’m a little confused as to how that worked out and I let know that I’ll just stay where I am. I didn’t like this interaction and it happens all it often to people. Fix your mess and you would think with age would come more common sense and business courtesy from this women. Google please allow to give ZERO STARS!!!!

During my recent visit I purchased shoes from here. Currently the sale is going on and there are huge discounts on branded shoes. You can get different brands like Adidas, Nike, Vans the wall, Jordan for men, women and children also.. The staff is also very cooperative and helped me in picking my shoes.. Overall it was a great visit and I even recommended it to my friend also..PS: You can fill the survey on your experience to get an additional $10 on your next purchase(either online or in-store)...
