The positive quality is that it's a nice place to be at? And that Francesca is super duper. Awesome, that's a negative quality. Is that the mall locations are the only locations? They give you to choose which are loud and noisy, which is not exactly good. I understand that they had to get rid of the location to Hyde Park village, and I don't think that they should go back to Hyde Park village. Because that's not a good place.International clauses better, but I do think that they should make a different location with different staff and a quiet area that is a stand-alone location. Stand-alone locations are very important to have as well as the mole for people that just want to have quiet and just get out of their cars go in and then have their therapies. I think that they should close down the location in Citrus Park and make a table. Stand the whole location somewhere either in. West chase, we're somewhere in Tampa. Maybe on like a lake or on the water, they have another location, right.In addition to the mall location, just because my daughter needs to have a quiet location as well. And she also needs to not do a lot of walking, just get out of the car and go, but when she is up for it.And when we happen to be at the mall, we will make sure to visit this francesca, when she can and say hello, to the people that worked here and have some time here, because I do love that francesca prioritizes children

They have fun clothes and accessories. The cashier that was working in this location could not have been nicer. She was a wonderful person that I will remember for a long time

This is my favorite store! I love Francesca’s…but I LOVE Westshore!Zespina helped me find me multiple outfits for my daughter. She was so kind and very understanding (I am very picky so her patience was so appreciated.) She even helped me sign up for the club so I get money off in the future. You are why this is the best boutique in Tampa!Thank you for being so helpful!!

On Monday, I went to the Westshore mall Francesca’s, and had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Amari and the assistant manager, Kassandra. Both ladies were super knowledgeable in their product, they were great with assisting customers choose the right outfit for them. From material to color choice, there was nothing they couldn’t do! While I was in there, I heard multiple people ask for their advice, and what amazing advice they gave. If you want to go to a store, where you feel special, treated with respect and know that you’re going to get some good honest advice. Go to Francesca’s at Westshore. You will be so happy that you did!Francesca’s, I hope you realize what an asset you have in Amari and Kassandra. Have a great weekend!Thank YOU ladies! You have raised the bar on customer service!

I honestly didn't expect to find such a delightful women's clothes store in this mall. Great prices to on the stuff mark for clearance. Store is clean, the madam at the counter greeted me the minute i came in. She projected a beautiful welcoming aura. Their dress collection is beautiful n down to earth. They actually have stuff my size, even shoes! I didn't buy cuz im not supposed to buy. Later when my medical dilemma gets out the way n I'm back working? Oh yeaahhhh! I will come back n buy from this business. They had stuff in the $50's with a clearance tag of $4.99 that freaking WILD!! Thank for reading my review and have a blessed day!
