Great clothing. On higher price point but definitely worth it. I paid 30$ for a white tee but it has held up well.

This Free people store has very nice sales people. They are pretty helpful and kind. Although the set up the store makes me just want to shop online.

Jen was the most incredible, supportive salesperson I have ever encountered at a retail store. She made me feel so confident about my choices, checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed, and assisted me in styling my pieces. I left the store feeling so excited about my purchase and it’s all thanks to her warmth and kindness.

I have always had a really nice, efficient and attentive customer service experience in this store. Their selection is well curated for the small space. I like shopping here vs the FP section of Nordstrom, because there is a great selection of everything--clothing, underwear, accessories, jewelry--all in one place. I just wish they had shoes too!

Pretty disappointed by my experience at this location. I have loved shopping at other Free People stores around the country as I always feel tended to and hyped-up when I’m trying stuff on. I love to get the employees opinions on style and fit but at this location when I asked for opinions from two employees I felt picked apart. I’m not a self conscious person by any stretch of the imagination so this was a new feeling but I walked back to the dressing room having made myself vulnerable only to know that they were giggling and whispering about me as I walked back bc what I had on was too small (which I knew, I was simply trying it on to gauge the color compared to the other color that fit correctly.) It was a shocking experience. Especially because I also work in a higher end retail job and we are trained extensively on body neutrality and guest connection. I was ready to spend $250 on the three things that I loved but I walked out without buying a thing so that they wouldn’t earn commission on me. Decided to buy from a third party instead.**I should note that the third person working in the store that night was wonderful and very friendly and was NOT the one who made rude comments, giggled at her coworkers, or made me feel like my body wasn’t right for the style I was trying

Nicest staff I’ve ever come across in a clothing store!! Ray, elizabeth, and another girl who’s name I didn’t catch were all so sweet and made it such a welcoming environment and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Even if you don’t end up buying anything I would suggest stopping by this store for the amazing clothing options (very pricy but very cute) and the extremely positive experience you are guaranteed to have with the staff.

Love the brand. Unfortunately, my daughter and I felt completely unwelcome at this location. Not one person helped us but it seemed as though every Non-Hispanic/ Non-black person was welcome with open arms. We've never been the type of people to really be bothered by this kind of disregard/treatment but it was a bit too obvious to overlook at this location. I guess we’ll just stick to shopping online.

Terrible. Never received any of my clothes ordered and they are making me wait numerous days to even request a refund that I might now get. This is a scam.

Jen was absolutely outstanding. She helped me try on a couple options, offered alternatives, and wasn't short on HELPFUL advice. I have been purchasing Free People's clothes online for years. This was my first time to shop in person. My experience superceded my expectations. I will be back. Thanks again Jen!

Tinsley was an absolutely amazing worker. Very helpful and kind. Lauren was absolutely rude and not helpful whatsoever and made the experience very uncomfortable. Tried to steal the spotlight from Tinsley when I was asked who helped me.

I'm very rich and like to spend money but I don't like spending time. I come here because in order to stay looking as amazing as I do, I need free people's clothing. Marie makes me spending my lavish funds here enjoyable. Because of her, I look hot.

The management is one of the rudest girls I’ve ever encountered. They’re stuck, snappy at customers and coworkers alike. Completely ruined free people for me. Also, made a girl cry on her last day…

Helpful & kind staff with wonderful dress/jean selections. Not too crowded, and simple to do returns.

I think this was one of the worst Customer Service experiences I've had in a long time.... I walked into this well-known, pricey store only to be looked at and each sales associate that I encountered never once asked me if they could help me. They were MUCH too busy with their noses in the air trying to appear as if they are working sooooo hard that they cannot assist the customers. They act as if you're not there and continue talking to each other about their personal business versus helping the customers. I am quite certain that i am NOT the only patron who felt that way as there were several customers in there besides myself. The female staff in there very rude and unprofessional to say the least. The only person who said something to me was the girl at the register and That's the only reason I was able to remember her name...(Grace)because she was kind and I did decide to purchase something which I would not normally do given the LACK OF customer service! She rang it up for me and I did in fact mention it to her how I was feeling about how I was being treated while I was there I asked who the manager was? To which she replied...someone named Tinsley, but that she was at lunch. I took her name down and subsequently called customer service and asked how to reach corporate but the representative said that she could take the information down to me for me and pass it to the regional manager or whomever at that location.... That was several days ago and I have yet to hear anything from anyone related to Free People... so I'm not holding my breath. I know that the mall where this is located is supposed to be high end and if it weren't for us consumers, these girls wouldn't have jobs! They REALLY should consider that and how they treat people Who choose to support this brand. It makes me wonder if this is how Free People trains their workers on how to carry themselves in what is supposed to be a professional environment? Because what these girls exhibit in the store makes the ENTIRE brand look bad! Someone really should address this and even more so pay attention to what the consumers have to say in situations like this and reach out and try to resolve it not ignore it! We'll see what happens from here!

Just stopped in to your store at The International Plaza Mall in Tampa. We were in town for a wedding and needed a last minute dress for the rehearsal dinner. Found the perfect dress and even found a dress for NYE. The sales associate Grace was fantastic. She was stylish and represented the Free People brand perfectly. She was able to read the room if you will and know what kind of customers we were. Great conversation and she also recommended the perfect nail salon for us to get last minute mani/pedis. The girl at the register was also super cute and friendly. It’s not often you get fun experiences in retail store these days especially at the mall. Two thumbs all the way up for these girls.
