Oh how the mighty have fallen. I used to LOVE coming to GameStop, even when they gave me $2 for a game they sold for $40. My sister got me some Christmas presents and provided the gift receipts. I went to swap them( not even return them) and the 16 year old Gen z "I don't mean to be that guy, but we close in a half an hour and tomorrow a manager will be here that can do it, can you come back tomorrow? IDK what's wrong" and refused to help me. He was also extremely reluctant to even give me the prices on the 30 items in the from display that have NO prices on them, also annoying. I came in the next day to the manager and I thought assistant manager apologizing profusely for the other employees actions. However they said all Christmas presents had to be returned by January 14th (the day before when I came in) which they check the cameras and verified I actually was there. The manager then proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do cuz the system was locked and had to contact his regional. I follow up with him the next day where he says he has left instructions with the associates on how to handle my situation approved by the district manager. I then return to the store 4th time back and fourth for the same exchange, to the same employee that was with the manager apologizing, saying the same thing the first dude did and I had to come back again when the manager was there, and didn't even call him! I left my contact info with the manager a week before, who never followed up to confirm my issue had been resolved, and they asked for it again as he through it out, all the whole raving about how they value customer service... Broken record, issue remains unresolved and have heard crickets from management. Will see what the final resolution is and what discount I receive for this fiasco, at least even to compensate for gas money back and fourth ? I will update this review accordingly, as of now this is the most unprofessional. Worst experience at a GameStop to date

Staff here was very knowledgeable and helpful. Store was decently stocked, and convenient to stop in here.

Good store but the GameStop app makes it difficult to stop. I never can tell in the app what is available in the store. Maybe you guys can return my feedback to GameStop that the website/app is horrible. We should be able to track the item availability in a store.

Literally never here!!!!!! Everytime we show up there is a sign on the door saying be back in 30mins an hour etc. freaking ridiculous

After waiting in line for 15 minutes because the computer restarted. I was told that the 3 games I was trying to buy "new" at new and not used prices would be open and used. When I inquired I was told they don't have any sealed new copies and the only "new" copies they had were opened and used. Surely selling used games as new and charging new prices for them is illegal.

Always able to run in, grab what I need and go! They don't just have games either. They have lots of fun toys and plushies not to mention prices are very good ?

David was awesome! Very friendly and attentive and knowledgeable. Greeted us and helped us with a trade in/pre-order. Very quick and efficient. The store itself is relatively large and has a lot of great products; video games, collectibles, tech, and more.
