Cisco was amazing! If you’re looking for a good game stop, stop by here and check it out! The customer service is AMAZING! We worked with Cisco and he was extremely knowledgeable and really helpful! Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!

Has always been my go to store until today. Provided Liz with my order # and replacement plan, told me I needed to call customer service 800 # to get a new controller for proof, even though I had proof on my phone through the app under purchases. She said to call customer service from store, so they can send me a email, the guy said he’d send screen shot to my email as receipt, and she still said she can’t do it, why even tell me to call then if you still won’t honor my receipt or the one provided by your company. The guy from customer service said he’s never heard of a store not accepting an exchange with protection plan….been members for years first time I heard of an employee refusing a customer with proof of purchase. Liz you need more training. What an inconvenience. This company is going under soon if it makes promises of swapping out controllers with a protection plan this difficult. Buy your stuff from a bigger box store where they’ll gladly exchange and honor their policy when you show proof of purchase, not from Gamestop where they pick and choose their policies based on how challenging it is for them.

These guys will tell you anything to get you in the store but then when you arrive it's just excuses and no one taking responsibility for anything that gets said on a phone call. Waste of time. Going to Facebook is starting to seem less sketchy than Gamestop

I never walk out of this GameStop disappointed. Even if I don’t end up purchasing anything, the peeps working are always so kind, knowledgeable, and just plain fun to chat with. I just bought a refurbished Xbox one (a PS guy here) and the gentleman who worked with me could not have been more helpful. He never once pressured me, rather, he helped me pick the best console for my needs as a new Xbox guy, and took his time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. ??

Terrible experience would like someone from Gamestop corp to contact me …I walked in and wasn’t greeted and it wasn’t busy and I had just bought a Xbox controller the day before and took it home and it wasn’t working so I come and try to exchange it not only was the employee rude but was trying to hurry and rush me through the process didn’t give me any time and claimed he was extremely busy even though there was only two customers in the store and said I can’t return without warranty but the receipt clearly states that I have 7 days?? Then he changed his tune and says I’m not suppose to but I’ll do it just because I have sooo many customers! Terrible

Well, I've been coming here for years just fine and its my home Gamestop for the most part. I came in to do trade in a week prior with my console and during it I asked about the OLED switch for my fiance on her birthday. It was busy and the female manager was very pleasant and I was very patient. I didn't have a controller so she was applying the cost of the controller to the credit of the return.Turns out I left my SSD in, no biggie. I had to take it home and I take it out. No big deal. I did this over the week, and came back today. I was going to take the recommendation on the Switch OLED the manager had made.I walk in around 12:15. I figured it was a weekday and it would not be busy. There was no one in the store. The employee was sitting in the back, looking at his phone. Didn't even stand to greet me but stayed sitting in the back on his phone. He looked up and just said "Trade In?" I said yes and explained what the female manager had said I needed to do.Looks down at his phone and says "Nope, can't do that" Confused I had mentioned the situation and what I was directed to do. Without looking up from his phone his said "No, I can't do that".I left politely and went to another game stop, made my trade in and purchased my Switch OLED. I will not be returning to this location unfortunately.
