When to the store to sell two games and…..
Today’s (08/12/24 @4:25pm) employee seemed to have a very bad attitude that even my 13 year old stepson noticed it.
If you don’t consider yourself a people’s person, you just can’t work in customer service. Period!

The cashier at this location was acting very suspiciously. He was socializing with a man who was hanging out on the side of the queue, and each time a different shopper checked out the cashier would collect this man’s email information so that HE could receive points off the transactions of other customers (including myself) Not to mention the cashier hardly acknowledged me while ringing my items, all the while he was just boasting to the man of what they were doing. It was very unprofessional and I’m going to assume it’s something not approved of by GameStop so I’m writing this in an effort to report him (if it is, I have to say that’s a pretty low bar to meet an e-mail quota.)

King and Trinity were super helpful, it was my sons first time spending that much money on something (a ps5) and they walked us through everything step by step (warranty, deals, etc) thank you guys (:

Cisco is the man. Give the guy a raise, I didn’t even want to renew my membership but I bought the dang thing bc he’s that good. Professional, personable, friendly, knowledgeable. Nice to all the customers before me too! Appreciate it. The mall location may be my new favorite store, if it means I get that service each time.
