“Ms. Kate’s shop is the absolute happiest place in South Tampa. I could spend all day here! The range in options when shopping is great. You can find books, baby clothes, accessories, holiday decor, even unique women’s apparel and jewelry accessories. If you haven’t been here yet do yourself a favor and be sure to visit.
I was worried my children would want to take home every single thing they saw but they enjoyed looking and playing with the dollhouse set up for kids with books and dolls to keep them busy while parents shop.”
“This location has wonderful customer service. The young woman called me to let me know when the items to my mom would be delivered. They even called me as instructed upon delivery . The driver was really nice too. My mother really is enjoying the beautiful bouquet of flowers picked out for her by the owners she has them next to her bed and it puts a smile on her face while she recovers from surgery’. The fruit is also wonderful and fresh and the display was lovely. Thank you very much I look forward to doing business with you all again.”

We loved the local vibes and items for sale and the owner and her employees were attentive, polite, and offered suggestions as we browsed. There are actually two shops here - the original shop is right next door - and we found some really cool gifts for our little guy there. Great shop for locally and regionally made gifts and souvenirs.”

As a vendor, the same sentiment. The employees have an interest in the makers by familiarizing themselves with what's being sold in the store. I've witnessed the staff carefully rearrange the displays, offer help or acknowledge walk-ins. The manager & staff are very welcoming anytime I come in to change my display, add or rotate products.
Just these characteristics alone bring a higher value to a customer's experience & to the support of the small business retail concept.”

“What a delightful shop! Lots of interesting, beautiful, and fun imported merchandise. While browsing with family I saw a beautiful lamp I wanted to purchase. The challenge was how to bring the lamp home to Michigan since I was only on the first leg of my trip Hauling it around was not an option. The owner, Marcus offered to ship it to my home. We arranged to have him send it when I returned from my travels. It arrived in pristine condition. I had a question about replacing the bulb. He responded quickly. “If you're looking for stationary and notary items I suppose you've got the "Write Stuff" in mind. But if you're also wanting exclusive Gasparilla Piratefest accessories & costume attire you're also at the right place! This store has all of a "crewe" member's needs from scarves to eye patches, tops & skirts, vests & shirts. For everyone including infants & pups. The employees are fun, helpful and patient with making sure you haven't overlooked any of the hundreds of items to choose from. The pricing is moderate but the pieces are unique...they have a little of everything. Parking is not difficult- as they share a lot with several other businesses. Go get parade ready!! Ahoy!!”
