Scammer alert! Would give 0 stars if I could. The salesperson said they could get me 10% off of my purchase but left out the part that they were setting up a monthly recurring charge to ship to my house. Never mentioned it. Super shady and scummy. Do not go to GNC everything is overpriced and they will scam you.

THIS GNC LOCATION HAS TO BE THE BEST ONE I'VE EVER BEEN TO. There is a gentlemen there who just might have the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. EXTREMELY helpful EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO THERE about all products in store!!

Phil and Nicole were awesome. Had an issue with a quality control issue with a product (not their fault) they helped me out with no questions asked. awesome and friendly staff!

I received exceptional customer service from Nicole after an online order gone bad. I must say that she went above and beyond to make up for the stress, and lack of accommodation from GNC customer service. Thank you Nicole!

Phil went the distance for me. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the products and doesn’t mind assisting with anything a customer needs. I definitely recommend shopping at this particular GNC.

Friendly but disorganized. A lot of merchandise was all over the place and things were missing. It felt kinda scattered but it did have GNC products.

This is in regards to the newest post from Jillian. You mam know what you say isn't true and my customers know I don't treat them that way. I tried to help you but no receipt. My employee told you that we could look up your account but it wasn't there. When I looked at the date on your product it expired 4/22. You were trying to return it the end of March. I picked up the same product on the salesfloor and the expiration date was 5/23. This means that the person you said gifted it to you bought it over a year ago. Even if you purchased it a month or two ago you would have got 75% off. But seeing as how that product was productwas out of stock for months at a time that couldn't have been true either. GNCs return policy is very lenient and I go out of my way to honor it. . But I draw the line when someone tries to return a product they didn't even buy as you said it was gifted that was purchased over a year ago.

This was the worst experience I've ever had in any store. I am a dedicated GNC customer still pretty new to the Tampa area and I've never been treated so unprofessionally and unfairly. I called earlier in the day to that location and a very nice accommodating employee answered saying I could exchange the protein powder I had gotten as a gift and didn't have the receipt for. I get to the store that night and a different employee named Phil was working. He treated me very unprofessionally and wouldn't let me return the product and even made comments about if it was from another specific GNC location he wouldn't do an exchange cause they wouldn't do an exchange for him. Then, he went on to say that he would do the exchange if I signed up for Pro which I explained I wasn't going to cause I have lots of protein powder that I need to use up first. He responded by saying "if you help me out, I'll help you out, but otherwise I'm not getting anything out of it and I won't help you". I left the store with the same protein I came in with and no solution to the problem that I had driven a half hour out of my way for. I will be sure to send my thousands of fitness clients that I work with through out the year to any GNC location aside from this one. This experience was very distasteful, and I will be sure to steer clear from this location in the future.
