Juan and Hector were fantastic. For me was an inconvinient have to drive 45 minutes havin a Goodyear store 5 minutes from home. But my situation was fixed, the right way. Personel was very interested in my situation and discussed proper way to address the situation, show me documentation of procedures. Not regreting the 45 minutes drive. Very professional.

They will screw you over You tell them you want to pay for the tire insurance and the they do not add it on and then hide behind the clerk who checks you out as not their problem.

This place is fantastic. I came in without an appointment, since my appointment fell through at another tire place. They took me right away.
I asked for wheel alignment and tire rotation. Turned out they couldn't do the alignment because there was a recall notice on my vehicle that I wasn't aware of. They printed it out and gave it to me which I appreciate. They did the tire rotation and didn't even charge for it because I had goodyear tires! Glad I came here, and will return again without hesitation.

I visited Goodyear Auto Service on South Dale Mabry Highway in tampa on 4/23/2025 for a tire rotation. I had spoken with Adam Pearson about the work prior to doing it. Adam explained everything in a very professional way. He did the tire rotation himself in less than 20 minutes. He did an excellent job and was very careful and did not scratch the rims. I highly recommend this Goodyear for honest, reliable work. Ask for Adam when you need any service. He is a GREAT example of an honest, competent and hard working employee. I also want to mention the manager on duty. She was equally professional and friendly.

I took my car there bc I thought my master brake cylinder needed to be replaced and it was under warranty with them. Turns out it wasn’t the master cylinder and was the brake light switch. The receptionist called me annoyed bc I brought car under warranty for different issues and she left me voicemail. She forgot to end the call and I clearly heard her tell her co-worker “I wouldn’t bill that one out just yet, I’m going to see if I can add some charges, for inconveniencing me.” So just like that I found out they can just add random charges and get away with it. Complete fraud and taking advantage of customers. Definitely never going back there again.
Update: Regional Manager called me and reassured me that they don’t do this kind of business and he will address issue. He also refunded me the auto services they did that day. The follow up to this incident was handled very well.

Very poor service. Very uninformed and unprofessional desk clerk, Shakera. I advised my son to go here, as I had good experiences years ago, but immediately regretted having sent him here. He had a nail in his tire, on the shoulder, and she told him it couldn't be replaced because it was on the wall. It was no where near the wall. As well, she was so childish and ignorant, that when I told her our mechanic said it was patchable, she asked, in a very teenage condescending manner, "is your mechanic licensed?". I told her he was, but that his shop was in plant city, so we were trying to get it patched for now. She then said, "well, take it to him then. Have the day you deserve". And hung up. My day is great, even with that ignorance, but she was so uninformed that she simply should have said that due to liability, ( and trying to sell tires), goodyears policy says they cannot patch tires with holes on the shoulder. I found that out by calling Firestone since she was uniformed and couldnt simply say thst. Someone needs some people and policy training. We will be getting it taken care of at our mechanic shop in plant city. Super Service Auto Tech, where the Service has always been professional and friendly. Not to mention, not over priced. Goodyear priced his tire at $364. Lol...they are truck tires, but talk about pricing gouging. The tire is patchable, but if we ever need tires, we'll get them for at least $100 less, each. Horrible mechanic shops in tampa is why my family drives to plant city to even get oil changes done, to get good honest work, and professional service, at reasonable prices. Goodyear is not any of that.

I call today on the morning Patrick respond to my phone. I asked him to get me one tire. He tried to sell for me a tire for $450 and when I look online I find the same tire in$263 with everything. I called him again. He said yes the tire can be here at 1 PM.
I waiting to call I waiting to call I did not receive any call. I come back to them at 5 PM. He said oh I did not get any delivery today from the warehouse he want me to buy the tire for 450 which is same tire he have it stuck, but he don’t want to sell,
I have two vehicle I replace the tire on that place. I’m not coming back here.
There is a really nice lady a Blonde used run that place she doing amazing job

Quoted almost $450+ for an oil and fuel filter change on my truck. Was in the automotive trades for over 10 years and have never seen such an unreasonable pricing for filter changes. Got the same service done for almost $250 less.
