Front desk was great, but had to return because whoever replaced my windshield wipes didn't check their job and they were put incorrectly. However, front desk customer service was great.

I brought my car in for warranty repair. James helped me and was very nice and made sure I got my car looked at and repaired quickly. Very good, professional experience.UpdateI listed my car for sale and was reached out to by "Stevie B" who was rude, unclear, and shady. The service department might be cool, but my only experience with the buying department (who I didn't reach out to, they reached out to me) was definitely not pleasant.

I had requested a tire rotation. The service technician informed me that I had different size tires front and rear. Therefore, a tire rotation could not be performed. I understood this logic but when I received my invoice I was charged anyway. I contacted the service technician and explained my issue. He told me he didn't know how to refund the $29.95 especially since the work was done in the last week of December and now it's a new year! I've heard nothing back with regard to a refund. This has me thinking I need to take my business elsewhere. For the technician to give me reasoning like that is insulting.

Jon is always very professional and keeps me informed of what’s going on. He had the tech talk to me to explain the issues with my alignment. This is the best domestic service department I have ever dealt with. It rivals my past experience with Cadillac or Audi

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change for 11am. I arrived 20 min early and asked how long the wait would be and I was told 3 hours. While I thought this was excessive considering I had scheduled an appointment and instructed that I would be waiting rather than dropping off. After hearing it would be 3 hours, I decided to leave my truck, and I was picked up so I could come back for the truck later. After 4 hours I arrived back at the dealership and my truck had yet to be even started on. At that time I requested my keys and I left. I don't think I was being unreasonable to be disappointed in everything that had transpired. I probably will not use them for service of any kind in the future. Complete waste of time and also about $15-20 in gas money spent to NOT have any service completed.

We had such a great experience at this dealership. Justin in sales was amazing right from the beginning, he helped us through everything and answered all of our questions. Ken in finance helped us with our loan and he was fantastic. Both of them were so friendly and you could tell they actually cared about our experience. Overall, we had such a good experience that we are planning on buying our next vehicle here when we’re ready.

Buying cars might be my least favorite thing. But Ferman Chevrolet on N. Dale Mabry completely changed my outlook (specifically working with Justin as our salesperson and one of the managers, Ken). Justin was attentive and not pushy. He even put the Oregon vs. Colorado game on for us while we waited. It was the fastest I’ve ever gotten in and out of a car dealership with Ken putting everything through as quickly as possible to help us get our toddler home in a timely manner. We also received a super fair deal on our trade-in. I have truly never felt less stressed buying a car, and will 100% return to this location for all my car needs in the future. Thank you to Justin and Ken!

We had a great experience with Ferman Chevrolet! We contacted them regarding a vehicle they had for sale. We traveled from out-of-state and everything went very smooth. We worked out the details over the phone. When we arrived at the dealer they had all the paperwork prepared. We inspected (test drive) the vehicle being purchased, showed proof of insurance, signed paperwork, made payment and drove off with our new vehicle, the entire process took about 2 hours. They took care of getting the vehicle registered in our state and it was all done before the tag expired.Everyone was very helpful, we would definitely do business with them again in the future! We were very satisfied with them especially traveling from out-of-state, they were up front with everything.

Not only was the service manager friendly and funny, but the technician working on my car diagnosed the problems quickly AND took me out in my car to show me the pain points. Also, the bill was significantly less than I expected. I bought my car at this Ferman location back in 2017. I also used to go there with my dad when it was Gordon Chevrolet. Needless to say, I am highly pleased and will be coming back again.

Go to Morgan Chevrolet, this place is Horrible. I went there spent all day working out a deal got insurance on the vehicle. Then they tried to back me into a corner to finance with them. When I wouldn't Leo wanted to jack the price up from what we agreed. Then when I talked to the GM the next day he told me it was better if I find another Chevy dealership the deal didn't make sense for him to do it. Well I did, the guys at Morgan Chevrolet gave me so much of a better deal and A++++++ Service. Ask for Josh and Bryan they the best. I got a Z71 for the same price they were trying to sell me their RST.

Great customer service and was an overall easy purchase. Thank you to Serge for all the sales support. Jason also helped with the inventory. Leo helped me get approved and Ken the finance manager for the final paperwork process. Definitely happy with our service and a new Blazer. Thank you again!

There is a reason American cars are struggling to beat imports like Honda and Toyota. The age old "car salesman" stigma remains true. Everytime an American car dealer is asked for invoice cost they run in circles to avoid providing it. They continue to attempt to provide the MSRP as the "invoice" forgetting this is 2023 not 1980 and people can find this information. The staff is pleasant and helpful, however management is trying to get every penny they can out of you. And this causes EXTREME pricing that then nullifies any attempt at a decent and fair pricing. Until Domestic car dealers learn to accept a fair and mutually beneficial relationship, they will continue to lag far behind imports. Again, the sales staff is very nice . However beset with greed over sales, management is an issue.
