Sara was amazing and so patient with my son. He is autistic and it can be very hard for him to get a haircut. Because of her kindness he was completely comfortable and it went flawlessly. Thank you so much Sara!!

I’ve been a loyal Great Clips customer for years because of the consistent service—but today was an unfortunate exception. The stylist at this location completely disregarded my requests, brushing off my input as if it didn’t matter. It felt like they were rushing to get me out the door just to seat the next customer. There was no attention to detail, no professionalism, and certainly no care. I walked out feeling unheard and frustrated. This was the worst experience I’ve had at any Great Clips location.

I always go to Great Clips(in shopping center near Ross and Target) and love Steven. He does an excellent job and always makes sure that I am happy. He is social and does an excellent job. He makes sure, my notes are updated in case I have to have someone else cut it. I told him he is not allowed to leave🤣

Great location and the staff is very friendly. The last few times Stephen has been my stylist and every time he kills it! He is super friendly and very detailed with my haircuts, he always does an amazing job. Definitely going to continue getting my hair cut with him.

Kathy gave my hair NEW LIFE!! She knew exactly what I was asking for, and it’s clear she knows her way around hair!! I didn’t even know so many types of layering and texturing cuts existed, until she explained them to me. I’ve always been impressed with this great clips, and they always outdo themselves. I also purchased their spray leave-in conditioner because I know my ends have dried out a lot, and I didn’t want to compromise on cutting my length too much. I’m looking forward to see it continue to get healthier. Thank you guys, and THANK YOU KATHY!! This was exactly the hair lift I needed. 😄

I love that I can check in before I leave me house and have a good idea of how long I will be there. Kathy cut my hair today and was great with asking what I was looking for and having good ideas to help me with the style I am trying to achieve.

I wanted a shampoo and blow out ...which is listed as one of your services. I was told you don't offer that service on weekends!! I would think that's when it would be most needed. So do you just shampoo and let them go out with their hair wet??

The staff in my observations was very knowledgeable, attentive to customer needs and alot of skill.Surprising such quality of staff was available on a Sunday .All three were very kind.
