Got a haircut from Ron today and he did a great job. I told him I had an interview tomorrow and he really took the time to make sure everything looked clean and professional. Super easy to talk to, made the whole experience comfortable, and I walked out feeling confident. Appreciate the care he put in.

Grace was so amazing, she listened to what my 7 year old wanted and did exactly what they asked for. they were so happy they were able to get the cut they have been wanting for ages! They cant stop smiling in the mirror and showing it off!

The staff here is very friendly but unfortunately have no good experience in cutting hair.
I brought my son in for a haircut before teacher meet on Thursday and it went terrible wrong. I told Ron I think that was his name we wanted a 2 on the sides and keep it long at the top. I usually don’t bring him so I went off what my husband usually ask for. And Explained to him my son had a cowlick and he understood and could do it.
When he started cutting he was going very quickly and as I was watching him he was leveling with the clippers and comb he missed the comb and buzzed a part of my sons hair at a high point but DIDN’T tell me just proceeded to cut his hair as if it didn’t happen…also it was at a super high point for a two so what did he do…. Kept going higher up on his head.
It all started going down hill from here he just started buzzing away another associate walked by and shook her head a the situation which at the point I asked if he was sure he was cutting it at the right length he said yeah do you want to check?
When he got to the top part, I mentioned I wanted to leave it long, but enough to where it was out of his face. He started cutting away to the point where there was no return. He couldn’t get it right. The back was sticking up it wasn’t even and He had to ask for help.
The lady came over tried to fix my son’s hair, but it was too late. It was so uneven and they tried to blame it on my son’s cowlick saying he had one in the back. But I’ve never had this problem in all his life. Absolutely unprofessional of them honestly so I just asked for them to stop cutting I paid and left and still tipped even though I felt it wasn’t deserved. This location definitely needs more training.
