I checked in with an 80 minute wait. Got a text to come back because my hair cut was ready came back and checked in. They put 3 people in front of me and took my name off waitlist after I checked in. Terrible experience wasted my time completely.

Worst haircut experience of my life. “Manager” Natalie was overheard openly insulting patrons. All the Hair from 3+ clients ago was all piled up on the floor (no sweeping it up between clients) and all the random clippings stuck to my pant legs. I asked for a simple trim to my long layers. Natalie hacked my hair off in one quick slice from right to left (literally 4 seconds), told me i was done. I politely asked/reminded her about the layers, and she made the bottom two completely different lengths with no blending whatsoever. She also ran my tip TWICE on the register so she would receive double tip! I am Never going there again. If you see an large woman with a set of purple scissors, RUN.

Vacation haircut and almost went lopsided, I had to instruct the women that my hair was clearly longer on one side than the other, she reluctantly re buzzed all around and made it salvageable but not with a smile
