Had to wait 2 plus hours just to be seen. They tried to overcharge me by $100 for fluoride when it should have been free. No apologies for the mistake.

The scheduling and timing of service needs to be reevaluated. Arriving early and still having to wait 40min to be taken back is unacceptable. They also do not enforce the policies posted regarding parents remaining in the waiting room. Thus causing delays as the staff tries to contact the parents to come in.
