My setup and string changes was perfect took 2 weeks but at least was a great work.

The service at the front desk was just ok. I wanted to look at a few acoustics in the platinum room but everything was locked up and no one came in to see if I needed any help. They were a little busy but not that busy. They could definitely use more help on weekends.
