My associates name was John or JP. I've purchased many shoes from Happy Feet over a number of yrs. JP is the best sales person I have ever had! Very knowledgeable about the various shoes, professional and is honest. I tried on two different sizes and I felt like the smaller shoe felt better. Well, he said, "no, no, no, they are too small, your left foot is hanging over the back which means you won't get the benefits of the shoes proper fit". The customer is not always right, listen to the sales associate! He knows all the products! I'll definitely go back when he is there.

This is such a fantastic store with a great variety of footwear but what makes it outstanding is Karen. She gives the best customer service I have ever received. She takes a personnel interest in getting you the best fit possible and knows how to determine it unlike at any other store. My husband got custom insoles made which has made such a difference for him and I got a pair of Atrex that are so comfortable and were on sale. Karen helped us with both purchases and gave excellent choices and guidance. So happy we found this unique store.

I went yesterday and Karen helped me so much. She did a scan on my feet and we were able to see where I put the most pressure on them. She found for me the perfect insoles to stop my feet pain. I can't wait to return to buy a few more insoles and shoes.

The South Tampa Representative, JP, took his time with my elderly mother and heard her concerns and limitations. He was very knowledgeable and professional and helped her find EXACTLY what she needed and wanted. He was also very pleasant and kind to my mom and I really appreciate it! What a wonderful experience for us to have a truly fabulous customer service experience!!!

Always a seamless experience! Bravo fir Karen Lefto. She’s been selling me shoes for the past 4 years. And moving away to Jacksonville makes me safe ti kniw they don’t have happy feet there!!

Don't wait another day! Trust Terry and JP to make sure you find the shoes and/or inserts that will make your Feet Happy! We went into the store to assure I had the proper shoes to endure our upcoming two week trip to Europe where I knew we would be doing a lot of walking. Terry assisted me and did an in depth scan of my feet explaining everything in great detail. I was delighted to hear my feet did not need anything but a good pair of walking shoes. He did not try to oversell me on inserts or anything else I did not need. After my husband watched how well Terry worked with me, he decided to have Terry do a scan on his feet. I am really glad we went in for my husband's sake as his feet needed a little more care. He was able to try on several pairs of shoes and Terry made sure to bring him selections that my husband noticed immediately made a difference. I am more confident going on our trip knowing that we will have Happy Feet thanks to Terry's assistance!
