i have had bad experiences with rent to own before but happy’s really does care i found issue with my purchase they agreed to replace it without a fuss or an attitude i will for sure be coming back here next time! update pedro reached out to me in a respectable time and resolved my issue i have never seen such good costumer service super exicited!

Don't rent from this company. You miss 1 payment. They will bully you. Knock at your door for 20 min's. Mess with your family. Wake you up at 8am on a Saturday morning when you already worked all day and all night and then can't fall back asleep. So then you lose money because your to tired to work the next day. Knocking none stop at your door over 20 times including banging in the window. Looking into windows to see if they are you. Waking up your whole family. Not caring how no one feels. Then it messes up your whole day. Messes you up while your working because your to tired to work the next day. Then you sleep in your car and try to rest because as soon as you get home. Another knock knock. There bullies!! Then you feel like you can't go home in peace just to sleep. Then another knock knock. This guy needs to be fired for doing what he did to my family. Now figure out another higher up to speak to. Cause cops can be called. No one should be bullied. Cause they don't just hurt you. They hurt the ones around you. Store off Shelton Rd. Tampa Also he threatened he'd knock at the door again at 8am to wake up everyone. So I won't be able to work till midnight. I'll be to tired and lose money again. Ty Mike and Mr Bully A** I saw you looking in my door window. Friday night. Your fired. Hope you lose your job. Disrespect, bully, threaten, not leaving someone's property, banging on windows and doors, looking into windows. Messing up someone's yard. Bulling people and don't care how young they are. Even a 10 yr old boy, 87 yr old man.

I was very satisfied with Happy's. My refrigerator broke down on me on Sunday night and I was referred to Happy's. I went in and they took care of me right away. I had no money to put down or anything and they gave me a beautiful stainless steel double door refrigerator with no money down, no payment for the first month, only took 15 minutes to do the paperwork and they delivered it to me within the hour. The staff was awesome and friendly, great service, very clean and so helpful. I felt like family. Thank you to Adam and Paola who helped me get what I needed so my food or my mom's medicine wouldn't go bad.

terrible place bought a washer and dryer in September paid it off in less then 6 months and the dryer broke down and now they’re saying they can’t do anything about it that the warranty expired in 2018 which they never mentioned
