Has what you need if you need it. Some thing that you need to use once you can get a budget value item for. Other things they have made an effort to get better quality tools. I do think they’ve taken some items too far as the pricing is now overpriced compared to the quality/competitors.

5min til close, needed an exact thing but staffer wouldn't let me in to grab it and was rude. I was in a pinch and stated as much. I'm in town for work. I guess I'm old because now I'll have to never shop at one of these again. Only can be burned once. Ill pay more elsewhere. Canceling my membership. - field operations IT work.. adios

I love harbor frieght anyways, but this store always has good employees. Feels like it's my friends who work there. Plus it's harbor freight, if you need a special tool for a 1 time project they got it for way cheaper and I typically get much more than one use out of their tools.
