Heads and Tails is a place to get all your Florida team gear, both professional and collegiate. Founded nearly 30 years ago out of a love for the Florida Gators and Florida State Seminoles, it now also carries merchandise for the University of South Florida and the local professional teams: the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Tampa Bay Rays. It is a small business in the community where staff go above and beyond, are very helpful, and make the gift shopping experience amazing. Customers are happy with their purchases and note it is pretty cool to grab a beer while you shop. The business also ships to locations like Puerto Rico.
This business is amazing! I had an issue with shipping caused by the Shopify system and they went above and beyond to make sure I received my items in time for game day! Steven personally made sure my package was corrected and sent out asap and I really appreciate all of their help!

So I ordered a jersey from their website and through some strange circumstances with USPS, I had an empty bag delivered almost a month after ordering. The staff here were able to help me out with sending out a new one!
