“Adorable Wonderland themed tea shop? Carol was welcoming and kind, giving us a tour of their menu along with/ a yummy specialty macaroon sample. They carry seasonal local honey, jams and olive oils along with bakery treats and snacks. We enjoyed our Barbie smoothie. Lovely little place.”

“I’ve always loved LS Organics and genuinely like supporting local businesses. The quality of the drinks and atmosphere are great, which is why this experience was disappointing. I ordered a coffee date and a matcha, but the matcha was much sweeter than I expected. After one sip, I handed it back and politely asked if I could exchange it for another date coffee instead, knowing I’d actually drink it. I was told that because the drink was made correctly, they couldn’t exchange it and that I’d have to email customer service instead. They threw the matcha away, so it was frustrating to lose nearly $9 when I was simply hoping to swap it for another menu item. One of the things I appreciate most about local businesses is the flexibility and customer service that often sets them apart from large chains. I left feeling like there could have been a little more grace in that situation. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to come back, which is disappointing because I really enjoyed supporting this business. Update: After emailing I received a refund.”

“Had a crazy experience with an amazon return and when the management saw the review they reached out and made everything right. I honestly had given up on it and they they messaged and went above and beyond. The associate no longer works for the store so it's like it didn't even happen. good local spot and I will continue to use them.”

“Abby’s has high-quality organic foods and products. I trust them over Whole Foods and Sprouts because they source their products from small businesses. They have the kindest staff, and help with any supplements you need. I absolutely love this small business grocery store and I’m so blessed to have this in Tampa. Thank you for being here!!!”
