I recently became acquainted with Healthbridge Medical in relation to need of a hospital bed for a very remote little town. Wes and team were exceptional. They truly delivered where no other had. I would highly recommend this business to any party. Top shelf.

Staff is extremely RUDE! Company need to train the staff to speak properly to patients as well as vendors. They do not handle orders properly or in a timely manor. The first lady I spoke to didn't even introduce herself to me when she called she just rambled on and seemed to be having a conversation with someone else or was very unsure on how to do her job and ask the appropriate questions she needed so she then passed me to another lady who took over I believe her name was April. She is very rude as well and highly unprofessional. I will not be recommending this company to any one. If I could give no stars I would. We will no longer use them or refer people to them.

Wonderful customer service! Called to obtain walker and staff was quick, efficient and professional. Offered a variety of products to meet the needs. Would definitely consider using again in the future.
