No matter if you make and/or pay a reservation days before there is a big chance there are no cars when you get there. So you will have to wait … it can be hours. And not even an update or ETA… just have faith and wait.

Update: Right after I posted this review my partner told me the check engine light came on. See photo.I'd give a negative rating if I could. Picked up a car, gave us a Jeep Cherokee. After driving it on the highway I noticed the hood was shaking. I called to ask for a replacement and was constantly interrupted and told it's the weekend before Christmas there's nothing they could do. I called back again and was told that was normal, explained that it made me uncomfortable and would like a different car. Was told they didn't have anymore similar vehicles available and we would have to pay an upcharge if we wanted an SUV. Called back again to see if I could speak to a manager and the lady that answered the phone hung up on me. Called back again and spoke to Sabrina who said she was one of the managers. I asked for a refund as I was very unhappy with the service I had so far, I was told it wasn't possible to get a refund but we could get a different car. We were put in a much smaller ford escape.On top of all that both vehicles were filthy. It looked like they cleaned the windows and interior with grease. I had to clean windows and mirrors so I could see. I will be going to Enterprise or other car rental companies moving forward.

12-19-2023 UPDATE: After 4 calls to customer service, they were able to help us. Change from 1 star to 3.Be careful of the insurance scam.I reserved a car and paid through Expedia. I gave the Hertz employee the printout of the reservation number. Expedia stated it would be $545 with around $50 due at pick up. Hertz asked for my credit card. He stated it was for the deposit, and I would get the money back.I asked how much for the insurance, and he stated $32 a day. I stated thats around $230, he agreed. I agreed to that insurance. I took the car for a week with the insurance. When I returned the car, it was quick and easy and got out fast...my fault that I did not look at the bill more carefully...I saw $600 and thought it was the Expedia cost.I got my credit card statement and was billed by both Expedia and Hertz, $600, $1200 total.I went to Hertz, and they claimed I agreed to all these extra insurance, which I did not. The amount for the insurance just happened to be around the same amount I paid Expedia. They gave us a phone number to call and pushed me out the door.I called the number and spoke with someone, but to date, there was no answer or refund.

Rented a car while ours was being fixed. Dropped it back off and was given no receipt. 2 weeks later received a $525 charge on my Discover! Called over 10 times. Left 2 voicemails, was left on hold and worker never returned, finally got ahold of someone (Enzo) claimed he was busy and would return my call on Monday of course that never happened. Sent out over 5 emails and got a response that the insurance was accepted and that's the charge. When car was rented no one ever asked about insurance or anything. This place is scamming people as you can tell by all of the horrible reviews. Worst part no one wants to deal with the situation. Never again Hertz and I would not recommend this company and especially this location.

They've recently renovated the inside a little, but the gentlemen working there made the experience. Justin and Brian (I Believe) were both very helpful and have great customer service.Any complaints would be directed at Hertz itself, while they have an online system in place that doesn't connect to the same system used at a location to see if a vehicle is available, which is an insane, lazy decision. The customer service number directs you overseas and the people there are unaware of how Hertz policy is and will give false information.If you're trying to make a vehicle reservation, CALL THE STORE you're trying to reserve from. You should have a better, more informed experience. Mileage my vary.

Rented an expedition,completely filthy,stinking like sour garbage and no drop box after not notifying us that they close at 12pm on a Saturday. Very under maintained vehicle, low tire pressure list goes on. Don't pass 12pm drop off on Saturday or you'll have to drop off at the airport or get charged till Monday. A completely aggravating rental experience!!!

Very unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager and the associate giggles and hung up the phone. Each associate here has showcase bad customer service on numerous occasion and that they dont care to listen effectively and create a solution verses. I would not recommend using this location. As for me this is my last time every using hertz there are to many other company's with quality service, vehicles, and proficient customer service.

Please run far away from this place. They are not staffed appropriately. Only 2 people working on a Monday morning, no apologies for the nearly 1 hour wait in line just to get to the counter. They keep answering the phone and assisting customers via phone when they have a line of people. Update: after about an hour of waiting, I finally got assigned a rental car and the rental car has no gas in it. Literally, the rental car is on empty, the attendant told me that I needed to go to a gas station and put some gas in it, imagine, waiting an hour for a rental car only to be told that now you need to go to a gas station and fill up.absolute worst service ever

LOADED GUN? How in the world do you rent a vehicle with a LOADED gun under the driver's seat?I promptly returned the gun to Hertz and then they for whatever reason charged me a $400 smoking fee when there was no smoking in the car nor did it smell like cigarettes to my wife and I when we returned the vehicle.I was informed there was unfortunately nothing I can do regarding the $400.I would not rent from Hertz ever again. Sadly I'm more upset about my $400 extra charge than I was the loaded gun. Renters beware.

NEVER COME HERE TO RENT A CAR!!!! The associates have to be the absolute worst people to talk to or do business with!!! They talk to each other like jerks so no surprise they treat customers worse. I was there for 30 minutes to rent a car. I rent cars on Turo and any other rental source faster than that. Their cars are junk which reflects the staff. I hope this place goes out of business asap. I'm only here because Brandon Hyundai paid for it since they were out of loaners. I hate Hertz!!!!
