This location is really under staffed. Even with a reservation it still an hour and 30 minute wait. Really disappointed with the service.

I would give zero if I could. My car was being repaired so Tesla set me up with a Model 3 rental through Hertz. The car was a 2023 Model 3 , the interior of that car had so much damage and it smelled like someone urinated in it. After having it for one day, I went to get in the car the next morning and was overwelmed by an infestation of German cockroaches! I have never experienced something so disgusting! This car was in my garage overnight so now I have to get the garage sprayed. I called Hertz to come get their nasty car, they recommended I drive it back to the Tampa location. There was no way I was stepping foot back in that car. They finally agreed to send a tow truck to get it. I will never rent from Hertz again and now I have a new fear.Do better Hertz!!!

I’d give them zero stars if I could. Total bait and switch. Reserve for 1 price and get told ‘not available’ when arriving even though the cars sitting right there. This has happened twice at this location.

Nice people, the cars are not in good repair. Cars were in need of maintenance. Oil change lights on and check engine lights on. Car had to be replaced.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff had no sense of urgency and are clearly unhappy with their jobs.

Clerk was not very well organized. Didn’t seem he was able to access all the information in my car reservation including the kind of car I had reserved . Was first quoted a price lower than that in my reservation but later I wound up paying a price a bit higher than what was given in my reservation. Service was a bit slow.

Service-long waiting and system is very slow. Cars are old and very smokey smell. Very poorly maintained. Honestly no service. You take it if you want. They don't care about your business.

This is very the slowest service ever, they dont even have people to vacuum and clean the car, you have to wait for hour to get it, SUPERSLOW, add more people and do not waste customers time

Crappy place that don't have a public restroom. When I inquired about it, the lady says it out of service. It would've been better for her to be honest and say that's its for employees only.

When I made the reservation, I wasn’t told that they have a policy that you have to make the reservation 24 hours in advance in order to use a debit card. I had to take an Uber an hour over here because they reserved they didn’t pick me up like they were supposed to (why ask for a pickup address if you’re not going to pick me up?), and they reserved me much farther away from where I was than necessary. Now they want me to wait until 3 to use a debit card but I have commitments. What is the difference between 21 and 24 hours? The manager is “busy” and I already had to wait here for half an hour before even being helped. They also wanted me to pay a 500 dollar deposit which they did not tell me about beforehand. I wonder where these deposits go when someone messes up the car, because one lady in there said the car she was renting smelled like diapers.

I had to take my car to the mechanic for repairs so I had to rent a car. Hertz was absolutely awesome! Austin Isis & Corey, were absolutely wonderful in helping me through this. Also, their prices were much better than Enterprise. Thank you all so much for helping me!

DO NOT USE THIS HERTZ (or any Hertz)Came in with a reservation I made over a week ago. I wanted to rent a Tesla Model 3 so I could drive it from Tampa to Orlando as I was considering buying my own. My reservation was made EXPLICITLY for a Tesla Model 3 (the car type literally said Tesla Model 3) and they guaranteed me that car when I made the reservation. The reservation told me to just walk up to the desk, grab my keys, and I can go.Reservation is at 10AM. I arrive at 9:45. I’m in line waiting because they have ONE person do ALL STEPS OF THE CHECK IN from 9:45 - 11:15. There is no “come pick up the keys” area. There is no “we have your reservation on file and ready to go”. While waiting in line, I had listened to a disgruntled employee talking about how they’re quitting because of how chronically understaffed they are and how little their corporate cares about customer service.When I finally got to the front of the line, they tell me they don’t have any Tesla’s available - they had given all of their good ones away. Reminder that I reserved that car more than a week ago at this point.Absolutely terrible service due to horrendous understaffing by their corporate division. Absolutely horrendous bait-and-switch tactics by guaranteeing a specific type of car and then saying they don’t have any available. Absolutely terrible “reservation” system that literally does not reserve the thing it tells you it reserves.Use National.
