Employees feel valued and empowered, and the future of HCDC is bright. The center now offers good hot food and a welcoming environment, with the management team actively involved in knowing each resident and their needs. I sincerely love working here , under New management, I love the Residents, the atmosphere is great , the staff is amazing , everything is remodeling in the building , Good hot Food , and I would highly recommend it .

Not sure about the past but I know the future at HCDC is bright.The management team is amazing and cares about the residents and staff. They spend time in the homes and make it a point to know each and every resident and their programs! As an employee I feel supported at HCDC and truly feel like we are making a difference...

I’ve worked here since May of 2022 and I’m surprised by some of these older reviews. I think they are based off the previous administration. This is a great place to work, it’s very clean, and newly remodeled. They go above and beyond for their residents!
