I was blown away! Mary was the associate that helped me with the materials for a project very close to my heart. She heard my vision, saw a way to elevate it and gave her knowledge! She helped me get the best items needed for the project at hand. She was knowledgeable and beyond nice. Her customer service was impeccable. She helped every customer we came in contact with. I also have to say Sherrel was outstanding as well!! She helped A LOT with the carpet selection!! I have to also give credit to the MOD Mel- he was exceptionally upbeat and positive. He took the feedback about his team and went above and beyond to give them credit. The department lead Amanda was also a big help as well! Overall very great experience !! The team they have it great! Especially Mary!!!!

No help inside the store 40 minutes it took me to find someone enlightening. 20 minutes to get 1 piece of wood cut. And the store was empty.

Went to HD to apply a coupon that we forgot to apply during our purchase. Granted, HD made the process more complicated than it needed to be in resolving. However, Gwen at Customer Support desk took this challenge on head first. She could’ve easily blown us off and told us to contact corporate. Instead she made all the calls and fought for us. This lady deserves a paid day off or some sort of bonus as she deserves it. She was amazing. So amazing that she deserves some acknowledgement.

My boyfriend and I came here to get some things for plumbing. We asked somebody for help and they called someone named Victor on the phone who specifically said he was coming to help us. We waited for over an hour and he never came. They made announcements on the speakers several times and still not one person came to help, but I watched many associates walk right past the aisle we were in. Some even looked at us and then proceeded to keep walking by. You need better associates. That was ridiculous.

Came to the store and worked with MARY in flooring, she was amazing as she explained in spanish everything to my mom and walked us through the process in a very transparent way. Will definitely come to Mary for future business. Thanks again for your Help Mary.

Just did a curbside pick up however had to wait 30 mins before I just went in and got it from the counter. The customer service woman was super nice and apologetic.

How do you misplace 10 large tool boxes valued at $130 a piece. Someone is incompetent, or they're stealing. I don't blame the employees, I blame the managers for allowing this behavior to go on.As I asked one incompetent employee for assistance, they just pointed to the next incompetent person who did the same as the last guy. They check their computer and/or scanner. They see the inventory and say something like, "That's funny it shows we have 10. Let's go take a look. " Then we walk to the aisle I've already been too and then again, they say something like, "That's funny, this is where it should be. Let's go look over here."

A shout out to The Home Depot on Memorial in Tampa.A thank you, especially to store manager, Lee; garden department, Lynn; garden department mgr., Tamu; and lastly, Wayne in receiving. They all went above and beyond in customer service. It took a village and Lynn led the way. Thank you so much. They all get kudos from me. I hope Home Depot does the same.

Terrible customer service. Rude employees. I was in the customer service line for 45 mins because only one employee was actually working . The other 2 were back there gossiping. No eye contact. No hello. Nothing. When we were checking out. The girl was one her phone on TINDER. We had to say something for her to even realize we were there.

Linda and Jerry are the worst customer service reps to ever work at this Home Depot. So many instances they have given me and my husband hell in this store with purchases or returns. Ridiculous attitudes and I’ve had to report them numerous times.

I tried to buy 2 sheet sanders from here but they don't have any in stock and they are happy to just leave the shelves empty. After trying 3 stores. They said you can order it online ( they have 27 instock at the online store) and it will be deliver tomorrow, but that was a bust. they were supposed to be delivered yesterday, but that never happened! So now it's Monday, I have jobs set up and no sanders! I can't just go to the store and buy them because they don't have them. I've spent $200 and still have no sanders, no help, and no resolution. Their answer is just wait longer. If they would just carry the product in store every thing would be fine but they have zero on Florida ave, palm harbor, or on memorial.This is totally unacceptable and it's because they won't fill their shelves. Now it's time to go to their competitors because they keep failing me at every location and online! there is no positive outcome because of their negligence and incompetence.
