This place has gone downhill with every visit, and after my last experience, I won’t be returning. I came in during my last week of pregnancy, really looking forward to the quick foot massage that normally comes with the pedicure. Instead, the technician rubbed my foot for maybe three seconds and called it a massage—then told me if I wanted more, I’d have to pay extra. I wasn’t the only one either; another customer across from me said the exact same thing had happened to her. It seems they’ve stopped including any real massage but still expect a nice tip. When I mentioned it, the owner just stared at me and did nothing. Save yourself the frustration and DO NOT GO THERE.

The lady that did my pedicure scrapped the skin off my heals to where they were bleeding a little. My heals were sore and hurt a little bit to walk. When I told the manager he kept saying she did it for you. Will never use them again after years of being a customer.

This is the best nail salon in Tampa, I will be back again and again and again. Ryan is the great at matching colors and adding designs.. The staff is also very friendly.
I’ve been to this same Nail Salon for almost 1 year every since I moved to Tampa last year. The atmosphere is always calm and peaceful. All of the staff are friendly and so very professional. Ryan does my nails each and every time and he ensures that I’m satisfied with my nails once he’s done.
Requested style: I always show Ryan a design I would like and he does it!

It used to be my favorite place, ladies here do good pedicures. But lately staff is rude, they do not acknowledge you, and if you ask a question its like a bother to them.
Sat there and saw how rude they were to other customers too.
They need better customer service.
