I'm a little late on sharing this but I felt the need to give a shout out to Link and Josiah. I've been shopping at Hot Topic since I was a teenager, and while I feel I've never had a bad experience, these two just went out of their way to make an old soul not feel so out of place for being in an older generation. They made me feel like a kid again, so thank you to Link and Josiah. You guys rock!

I went in while waiting for other stores to open and was immediately greeted by Micah. He helped me find things for both my kids and I just through conversation. I appreciated the fact that he even dragged the big ladder to 2 different spots to get items down with no complaint or annoyed faces at all. Will definitely shop at this location again!

This location is very sparse in comparison to other locations. They have almost no clearance merchandise and their racks overall are very empty. They only have one spinner of jewelry and the one 4 panel wide section of women's graphic tees. Overall I would wonder if this location is going out of business....

I was there around noon, the customer service rep was pretty rude to me when I showed her my email for in store pick up. she needs to be retrained.

I have mobility issues so have to use a wheelchair anytime I go to a mall these days and the staff at this Hot Topic were super friendly and attentive while I shopped around. Even with being a smaller shop, it's still easy to maneuver around. 10/10 experience going there
