I have been going to H&R Block for 4 or more years, last year was the most they ever charged me with $250. I did ask Gail why so much and she said it was because I have so many forms this year I went I had basic filing and this year she tried to charge me $325 and told me that she has a $25 coupon that is ridiculous. You can go on TurboTax and do it for free H&R Block just lost a value Customer. And this time she was not friendly at all not smiling, communicating nothing. Will never go again

This is my second year using H & R Block as represented by Mr. Tom Robberson. He has explained the process of my taxes more clearly than my big time, big priced CPA ever did.

Master Tax Advisor Tom Robberson has been doing my taxes for years. I'm into stocks, IRA's, real estate, estate sales and other financial matters. I wouldn't comfortably trust anyone besides Tom Robberson to complete my federal tax returns. Pretty much comes down to trust. Tom Robberson has never let me down.

In general, I have had a positive experience with H&R Block. However, my recent encounter with Gayle Waters, a tax specialist at H&R Block, was extremely disappointing and led me to write this negative review. When I asked for my 2022 tax-related documents to be uploaded as a PDF file, Gayle informed me that they could not be emailed. I then questioned why I was able to receive a PDF file for my previous documentation, and explained that I did not have the time to go to a scanner because of my busy schedule running my business. In response, Gayle suggested that I print the documents myself and have them scanned, which I found unacceptable, as I had paid H&R Block to handle my taxes precisely to avoid having to do it myself. Overall, my experience with Gayle's customer service skills was unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend working with her.

H&R Block should be named H&R Animals haters, these people are inhumane and cruel.They kicked me out because I took my small poodle with me, they say they it H&R policy no pet inside when I told them there is no such a policy with any place except crossers ( what my dog going to eat? Will he eats your computer) then they say oh we placed an allergic person in every location we have.This is just a stupid thing to say, I will never do business with H&R Block ever again.

Walking in I was greeted by two women smiling and saying hello. The receptionist asked for my name and social security number and then asked if I had a appointment . They were willing to help me even thou I did not have a appointment. I was taken in by the office manager Yolanda who made me feel very comfortable and satisfied I was in the best hands. The office was very clean and spacious. I’m so happy I choose this location this year.
