This is the 3rd time I've tried to reach the employee preparing my return. I have been transferred 5 times now to one after the other robo response. I've been on the phone for 22 minutes this time. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I was promised and told on multiple occasions that my taxes would be accepted without any issues. I got the same outcome and showed my turbo tax docs to my consultant. I paid 331 dollars for what I already did myself due to the consultants confidence in my 3 returns for 8800 dollars. I explained multiple times to my consultant about my fraud issue with FTC he said see its already thru you'll receive your refund for this return in 3 to 6 weeks and the 2 mail in one's in 4 to 6 months. OK I got nothing I lost 331 dollars. Then got the run around from another store and still back at this store a year later. I tried to give him a chance to fix it. But no, they are reluctant to refund my monies I paid for promises that failed. And I've wasted 1 week on my consultant and another on a manager to speak with me... I've sat in the lobby patiently and last night was it. Ignored by both consultant and managementJust do as your sign says and refund my fees. We as in my family struggled without that money that month. He'll we are hurting right now due to circumstances. I'm a Veteran 100% rated that money 8800 dollars we had planned the 331 is needed. It's my money give it back.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I reached out to H&R block today to file my tax return and the experience was absolutely terrible to say the least. Susan, the agent who assisted me throughout this entire process; each time I was on the phone with her she always sounded annoyed. I tried my best to be civil with her understanding that I reached out the day their location is scheduled close to receive assistance. I contacted their location at 12:40PM asking if they could do me the service of filing my taxes, with being told they close at 3:00PM which was fine. I did my upmost best to meet their required deadline. It is now 2:53PM the "supposed email" I was due to receive to finalize the tax return, I never received. I called multiple times to speak with Susan to verify my email and each time she would state that it was sent. I created an H&R account, checked my junk mail/spam box and I never received anything. The last call I made was at 2:15PM, a gentleman answered the phone stating that their location was due to close soon and I had to contact another location for further assistance. Are you freaking kidding me?! This experience was absurdly ridiculous and a waste of my time. I do not feel comfortable with providing my nor my husbands private information without there being a legitimate reason. You would think Susan, would call me back concerned about the email not being received by me and wanting to finalize the process before their location closed indefinitely. I hardly ever post reviews, but I strongly recommend that others stay away from this location. Hopefully I have a better experience at the Temple Terrace location.
