Gail is a wonderful person and tax agent. She goes above and beyond with her great Cusomer service. She is very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. When she doesn't know the answer she takes it as a learning experience and finds the right answer. She also had great communication skills weather in the phone or in the computer. She is the reason we come back to H n R Block.
