I came in at 4 am . No customers ? .3 employees ready to work. I usually don't review chain restaurants, this one deserves 5 stars.When I hop started it was 5 star worthy and so is this 1. Servers ready to take your order, not on their cell phones or hiding in the back.My meal was well prepared and perfectly done .They deserve a great review

Great quite location to get a quick bite.Ms. Teia was kind and friendly. Restroom was alittle messy but when You have good customer service that makes up for it. I'd definitley come back. Military discounts apply at this location. kids do not eat free on weekends here. She said half off happy hours are mon-friday 3pm to 8pm. Prices are still good and affortable. My son loves Sonic, so he enjoyed their new Sonic meals.Vegetarian options: avocado toast, siler dollar pancakes, impossible sauage with eggs, and more.Kid-friendliness: New Sonic meals I believe thers 5 different kindsSonicTailsAmyKnucklesDr. Egg man

Very slow service! Hash browns overcooked on one side and not cooked at all on the other side. Eggs overcooked.

They ignored me when I came in for almost 10 mins then the black light skin girl who works on the early morning shift came with a horrible attitude asking me to let Uber know that she has no more orders for Uber eats and Doordash for the whole night cause she’s tired !! What a great customer service ??

Sat for an hour still didn’t get any food. Other guest were getting their food. And even ordering to go meals after they finished eating. And we still were left there waiting. Never again

Server was pleasant and prompt. Food came out within minutes during a slower time.Update - thankful the server was so kind to get me a replacement meal and coffee. Protein pancakes are on point! ?Quick drive from the airport. However, was disappointed with the food the first round. I ordered the same meal (avocado toast and fruit) I’ve had at the Summerville, SC location, but it wasn’t on the same level. Avocado was on the older side and the fruit wasn’t so…fresh. Coffee was also cold. Atmosphere in dining area was pleasant but restrooms could use attention. Floors were sticky/soapy? and the soap dispenser was a kitchen squeeze bottle…

This place is conveniently located next to the airport! Stop in and fill your belly before your flight! Our waitress was so friendly and kept our trip quick and awesome!Dietary restrictions: We love they serve gluten friendly pancakes!

After going to an ihop was completely horrible and rude we came to this location and got better and the BEST service we really wanted ihop breakfast at 3pm and wasn’t going to give up we got Charles as our server and he was AMAZING and has such a good attitude and very good with multitasking and communication the 2 things we didn’t get at the one on S dale mabry KEEP IT UP CHARLES YOUR AMAZING !!!

My husband and I love IHop so I suggested it to a friend. We love the Pesto Veggie Egg White Omelette. So my friend and I both order the Pesto Omelette. The avocados were not fresh and had black spots, the omelette was runny AND it didn’t have PESTO. After bragging to my friend about this, I was embarrassed. The server was very nice and talked to her manager, Xavier. He never came out to talk to us and gave us a meager 10% Military discount. I told the server that we should have just returned our plates. So disappointed that I’m not sure if I would return to this particular IHop.Teresa Romo Helenek

When I sat down I gave it 2 stars. I now realize that was far too generous. If you want a bad breakfast experience go to most waffle houses. If you want a historically bad breakfast experience. Go to the ihop by the airport.This place reeks of hopelessness. The sitting, order taking and serving of food moves at a snails pace and you have to push the snail.This place makes cooking at home with the same food you’re tired of seem like a good option.It’s a testament to how little its employees are paid that it’s still in business at this location.You will not leave happy

I don't know what happens with customer service, every day people have such bad service, we ask for things and the lady brought things to my table that we didn't even ask for? Then she said in a derogatory way you speak Spanish (when we order everything in English) it was very rude that another table asked her for something and she in a very polite way said, finally you speak to me in English,... 0 tip because she doesn't deserve it, the food all thrown away and he threw the plates at us, I will never return to this place again! I can speak any language I want because this country is free!!! They should train their employees better!
