I had never heard of this company before and I figured I would give them a try, BEST decision I ever made. They are a family owned company and they are like a well oiled machine with how quick and efficient they are. They make you feel like family and Julio is by far the most honest individual I have ever met. He treats every car as if it’s his own and he makes sure you are 100% satisfied before you drive off his lot. He is the epitome of what an honest and hard working individual encapsulates. Because of Julio and his wonderful crew, I will be a life long customer. Phenomenal job team!

I recently had my car repaired at Impex, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how well they communicated with me throughout the entire repair. They kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle. They even coordinated with Enterprise to have a rental car ready for me when I dropped off my vehicle, and when it was time to pick up my car, they allowed me to leave the rental at Impex so Enterprise could come pick it up. That level of service made things so convenient. As for the repairs — they were absolutely flawless. Impex fixed everything and made my car look brand new again. I was blown away by the quality of the work. On top of that, they even vacuumed and cleaned my car for me before I picked it up, which was such a nice touch. I highly recommend Impex to anyone needing repairs. They truly go above and beyond to take care of their customers, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Absolutely incredible work!!! I have worked in body shops and dealerships and have seen so many bad body and paint jobs in the past so when my Mercedes was hit I had to find a good shop as I was going to be very picky about the work. When I picked my vehicle up I was blown away with just how good of a job they did. Most of the passenger side needed to be painted and when I parked it in the sun I could not find any blemishes. They did phenomenal work. I would recommend them for anyone who cares about the quality of the work. They were also exceptionally friendly and professional

Exceptional service!!
Julio and team are professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. From the moment I walked in I knew my car would be in good hands. Julio thoroughly explained the process and clearly knew his stuff. There are so many shady shops out there but Impex is not one of them. Hands down the best service I've received in a long time, they went above and beyond. If you want an honest and reliable body shop that does exceptional work then I 100% recommend Impex.

Impex G.A.E did a great job at repairing and replacing my drivers door. The paint job matches the cars color making the car look like nothing has happened. The best part of this shop, is how they care about their customers and calm them down. I went extremely frantic and Julio assured me my car would look great after the work was finished. Julio and the front desk team communicated throughout the process of my car repair. When I picked my car up, I was surprised by the inside being vacuumed and cleaned as well. Great service! Impex did an incredible job matching the notoriously difficult Soul Red Crystal paint on our Miata. After a fender bender, I called several shops asking about their experience matching this paint. Impex is the only one that unequivocally and confidently said they could do it. They knocked it out of the park and were quick about it too. Communication was stellar as well. A+++

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve taken my car here on two different occasions- 1 without insurance coverage and one with coverage. They handled everything so professionally and gave me a great deal when I had to pay out of pocket. Everyone here is so sweet and genuine, I trust them with my car and recommend them if needed to others. Thank you guys so so much. Will always be a returning customer!
