Sad to say that the Infiniti team doesn’t care about there customers as much they say they do.I had $3,000 worth of service done on my car just for them to leave my car with oil on some parts of the exterior and interior. One of the mangers promised me a detail for the inconvenience. They didn’t detail my car properly leaving swirls and scratches all over my car he didn’t really seem to care to fix the issue his response was “they ran it through the car wash that’s what messed up your car” and left it at that, now I have to get my paint corrected and polished lol what a joke for a so called luxury dealership

I recently had the pleasure of working with Coop, a sales representative from Infiniti of Tampa, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to understanding my needs before recommending the perfect solution. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and with confidence, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.
His professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-first attitude truly stood out (and I went to 8 different dealerships to see all of my options). It’s rare to find a salesperson who combines product expertise with such genuine care for the customer experience. I went to this dealership specifically to look at one of the pre owned cars they had. I called before hand and spoke with Diego confirming that the car was still there and that the price listed online was accurate, and to inquire if there were any additional costs associated with the dealership additions, other than the basics, tax, title, etc. He confirmed that there were no hidden costs. (Went to another dealership previously for the same type of car and they had some over the top extras required to purchase that was not included in the sale price) He was very straightforward and honest about any details, and this was just over the phone. Upon arriving to the dealership I was greeted by a girl at the front that promptly informed Diego that was here for my appointment. He was very nice and welcoming, we went for a test drive and he was there to answer any questions I had, not once did I feel pressured or overwhelmed during this process. Buying a car is a big financial decision and I personally need time to process and think about it before coming to a final decision. While negotiating he was very open to presenting his manger with price adjustments and trade values and we were able to come to a number that we all agreed on. During the financing I was presented with warranty options gap coverage, the financial advisor (can’t remember his name unfortunately) was very thorough with explaining the options and what they cover, making that process a breeze, he even updated my registration for another year so I don’t have to worry about it. I can’t be more pleased with my purchase and how this dealership handled business. Even though I bought a BMW at this Infinity dealership I’d highly recommend going there for the customer service alone. Diego and the team at Infinity of Tampa were amazing! I’ll definitely be back for any future purchases!
