The owner was the most genuine person I have ever met. I went in for a compound injection not covered by insurance. It was my first-time doing injections and he come out and explained everything to me with compassion. I will recommend this pharmacy to anyone seeking real customer service not like this big pharmacies which you are just a number. Best service I have encountered in years!

The staff was friendly and efficient. I needed to have a CoVid vaccine done that same day. The staff were professional and they were very helpful in ensuring that I get it done. Thank you guys so much.

First and foremost, despite canceling my service with Infinity Pharmacy three weeks prior and explicitly informing them of my new address, they send my prescription to my old address. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. It is their responsibility to update their records and ensure that medications are delivered to the correct location, especially when a customer has taken the time to provide them with the updated information. Their customer service, especially from Pierre Rafla, the supposed manager,demonstrated an astonishing lack of professionalism , impolite,. Communication within the pharmacy was severely lacking, causing unnecessary frustration. I strongly advise against using Infinity Pharmacy due to their incompetence and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Seek a more reliable and professional pharmacy for your needs.

I will never go back to this place, after i transfer and Cancel my Service with Infinity Pharmacy they where holding two prescriptions, i called them several times to transfer it or released when I found out they just send it again to the old address they have even knowing I’m not there any longer and did cancel my service with them 3 weeks previously , i spoke with Pierre Rafla the Manager supposedly , very unprofessional, impolite , just hang up on me.

I can’t say how good their service is, and how professional they are. I was there to get the covid vaccine and went in and out in less than 15 minutes. Amazing!
